Since ancient times,we have been advocating the teacher's ethics.As an important content of teacher's ethics,the study on evaluation basis and type division for teachers' class teaching ethics will not only contribute to evaluation for teachers' ethics level,but also provide the basis and reference for developing the pointed teacher's ethics training courses.Additionally,the study aims at making teachers aware of the ethical questions in their teaching practice,to promote the development and improvement of teachers' professional ethics.This study adopts a variety of methods to collect data,such as documentary method,interview method,observation method,etc.Based on these methods,this paper collects a large amount of data about implementation status for teachers' ethical evaluation,the ethical problems and cases in teachers' class teaching,teacher's motivation of words and deeds.Relating to data analysis,the thesis mainly uses methods about textual analysis and critical incident analysis,coding and analyzing policies text about teacher's ethics,and the information in the process of interviews and classroom observation.Data collection and analysis lay the foundation of theory and practice for this study.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of teachers' ethical evaluation.By combing the text about teachers' ethical policy,we can find some common features:single values,generalized content,bottom-line standard.So the text about teachers' ethical policy can't provide effective guidance for teachers' teaching ethics evaluation.Through the investigation and analysis,we can learn that the implementation status for teachers' ethical evaluation is formalized in practice.As a result,there are some differences that can't be evaluated by authority;on the object,here is only the extreme evaluation that is not for general teachers;for the content,we can see overall evaluation that can't give prominence to the teaching.The paper also analyzes the reason why the evaluation of the teachers' ethics is difficult: some blind areas in the process of ethics evaluation,and a lack of science ethics evaluation tool.At last,the paper has established the focus of teacher ethics evaluation of classroom teaching: outstanding contents of teachers' classroom teaching;focus on thecomplex scene of practice teaching;set up horizontal layered structures that are easy to operate.Therefore,we can indicate the direction for the establishment of basis and type division.Secondly,the thesis has established the basis of evaluating teachers' class teaching ethics.The paper analyzes the relevant theories: three kinds of moral theory,Kohlberg's moral cognitive development theory,value criteria of education from Peters.Then it establishes three basis for teachers' ethics evaluation: motivation,ability and behavior result.In addition,the paper analyzes the practice characterization of these bases,it thinks ethical motivation can be divided into authoritarianism motivation and humanitarian motivation,and it analyses the relationship between teachers' ethics and ability,and the result is divided into three categories:educational,non-educational,and anti-educational.The Establishment and analysis of these basis lay the premise and foundation for type classification of teachers' class teaching ethics.Finally,the paper divides types of teachers' class teaching ethics.Firstly,it thinks that teacher's class teaching ethics can be divided into six types according to the basis,then it analyzes the characteristics of teachers with different ethical types.Secondly,the paper analyses ethical representations of teachers with the different ethical levels from teaching content,teaching methods and teaching management,including ethics contains,performances and characteristics in three major steps.
