Abstract/Summary:
Teachers are the embodiment and transmitter of the good morality of all human beings and the whole nation,and educational ethics and teacher morality are the value basis of all educational and teaching work.It is not only a "lever" for the principles and norms of teacher ethics in educational activities,but also an important condition for the formation and development of teachers’ own moral qualities,as well as a guide,education and incentive for their moral growth.The core element of all-evaluation theory is the concept of "six-in-one",that is,a complete evaluation system should include evaluation subject,evaluation object,evaluation purpose,evaluation standard and index,evaluation method and evaluation system,and in the evaluation of teacher morality in primary and secondary schools,these six elements are also indispensable.Therefore,in terms of the constituent elements,the whole evaluation theory is applicable to the construction of teacher ethics evaluation system in primary and secondary schools.This paper uses literature research method and interview method to study the construction of teacher moral evaluation system based on whole evaluation theory in primary and secondary schools.This paper has the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background of selecting the topic of this study,the conceptual definition of whole-evaluation theory and teacher ethics evaluation,the purpose of the study,the significance of the study,the research method and the innovation of the study.The second part is a literature review,including a study of the connotation of teacher ethics evaluation,a study of the significance of teacher ethics evaluation,a study of the influencing factors of teacher ethics evaluation,a study of the problems of teacher ethics evaluation,a study of the feasibility of teacher ethics evaluation,a study of the suggested countermeasures of teacher ethics evaluation,and a reflection on the study of teacher ethics evaluation.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of teacher ethics evaluation in primary and secondary schools based on whole-evaluation theory.The research data are analyzed in depth,combined with the relevant requirements of national policies on teacher ethics in primary and secondary schools,the existing teacher ethics evaluation programs in each primary and secondary school are sorted out,and the existing problems and the reasons for their existence are pointed out.
