Design And Implementation Of Middle School Teachers' Ethics Evaluation System

The construction of teachers' Ethics in primary and middle schools has always been the concern of the whole society.Teacher ethics construction is not only related to the development of the country,but also related to the future of the next generation.In addition to laws and regulations,we need to build a fair,fair and open evaluation system of teacher ethics to strengthen the supervision of teacher ethics and style.This topic has carried out relevant research around the above issues.Based on Struts architecture,this paper designs and develops a teacher ethics evaluation system for primary and secondary schools.The system is divided into two parts:the main WEB service system based on B/S architecture and the communication service subsystem based on C/S architecture.Among them,the main WEB system realizes four dimensions of education bureau,school two-level archives management,teacher ethics study,risk record,risk assessment,regular education teacher self-evaluation,teacher ethics evaluation in the same department,teacher ethics evaluation by parents or students,teacher ethics evaluation by leaders,and temporary test of suspicious risk points by short message.Finally,the summary table is automatically generated online.The communication subsystem realizes the function of sending short messages,login account password distribution through the short message cat communication module.The system has been successfully put on line for more than one year,and has been applied in many schools.It has high practical value.
