The level of teachers' moral accomplishment has a decisive influence on the establishment of students' "three views",personality and conduct.Strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics assessment and evaluation system plays an important role in promoting teachers' ethics.However,due to the influence of many factors,such as the difficulty to quantify the assessment of teachers' ethics,the imperfection of the assessment system and mechanism,there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of the assessment of teachers' ethics.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and improve the implementation of teachers' ethics assessment in primary and secondary schools.This research mainly uses the literature analysis method to systematically sort out the relevant literature and materials of the teacher ethics assessment at home and abroad,uses the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate and study the implementation of teacher's ethics assessment in 9 primary and secondary schools in Y city.Through the investigation,it is found that the main problems existing in the assessment of teacher ethics in primary and secondary schools are as follows: one is the confusion between the assessment of teacher ethics and other assessments of teachers;the other is the lack of democracy in the formulation and implementation of the assessment plan for teacher ethics;and the third is that the assessment plan for teacher ethics is not reasonable.Fourth,the assessment of teacher ethics is too formal.Then from the teacher's ethics itself,school management factors and teachers' own factors three aspects of the existing problems are attributed.Finally,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the assessment of teachers' Ethics in primary and secondary schools,that is,to establish a correct concept of teachers' ethics assessment,to create a good atmosphere for teachers' ethics assessment,to establish and improve the mechanism of teachers' ethics assessment,to formulate a scientific and feasible scheme of teachers' ethics assessment,to improve the degree of democratization of teachers' ethics assessment,and to pay attention to the application of the results of teachers' ethics assessment.
