Since the early eighty century,and gradually build a unified national primary school teachers title evaluation system,not to make a major adjustment.With the rapid development of society,the title evaluation system of primary school teachers is difficult to keep up with the times of the process,not only the part of the teacher have laches psychology,but also indirectly is not conducive to the development of basic education.In recent years,under the guidance of the State Council and the Ministry of education,after several primary school title reform research and pilot,to determine the implementation of the country.Tianjin face to develop a feasible plan in line with the local reality,and the need to adjust the new primary school teacher professional title evaluation system within two years.Based on the above background,this study researched the current situation and existing problems of Tianjin primary school teachers' professional title evaluation system,and explores the reform ideas.First,for primary school teachers title evaluation system to generate background were in detail,introduces the significance and purpose of the study,analysis of the domestic primary school teachers job promotion and career development research present situation and the reform path.Secondly,this study expounds the basic concept of primary school teachers' professional title evaluation system,combing its development process,and analyzes the related theories,which is the basis of the thorough research.Again,with questionnaire and nearly five years the title data,the status of Tianjin primary school teachers title evaluation system carries on the thorough analysis,discusses the existed in the current system of a variety of urgent need to improve the problems,and these problems with both features of Tianjin area,but also influenced by the title of environment of the national area elementary school,and analyzes the causes of the problem.Finally,from the direction of the three fundamental reform,innovation evaluation mechanism,assessment procedures detail of Tianjin city primary school teachers professional titles reform proposal around mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers of different ages,with job description oriented,fully integrated advantage of expert evaluation and social supervision,the scoring system for the promotion of comprehensive evaluation method.Clear the Tianjin primary school teachers Title Evaluation System Reform in improve job level,reflect the teacher's professional ability,the desalination based on the role of,open the channels of social supervision,to establish a new scoring system method,outstanding experts,the same evaluation of teachers teaching demonstration class and normal class specialization,clear in the evaluation of professional titles,encourage and prohibited behavior and standardize the reasonable and rigorous review process.
