Objective:On the basis of investigating the current situation of foreign nursing education in China,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of domestic nursing education.By drawing lessons from the experience of running schools and combining with the suggestions of the survey object,this paper explores the relationship between the objective conditions and the social development needs of colleges and universities in ethnic areas The Curriculum System of Foreign-related Nursing Specialty in Regional Colleges and Universities.Methods:This study was a descriptive study in non-experimental studies.The literature method mainly uses the electronic literature database and the Internet to carry on the literature retrieval.The comparative method is mainly used for the horizontal comparison of the teaching plan of the foreign nursing specialty in the domestic institution,analyzes the shortcomings of nursing education in our country,and provides reference for the curriculum of nursing colleges in China.The questionnaire survey is mainly used for the evaluation of the importance of curriculum design,training objectives,bilingual teaching,employment status and so on.Research tools include teacher survey questions,foreign nursing students questionnaire.Of the six institutions surveyed,90 teachers were recruited,81 were recovered and 73 were valid questionnaires.The effective recovery rate was 81.10%,513 were collected from the questionnaire,454 were recovered,the effective questionnaires 431 copies,the effective recovery rate was 84.02%.Results:(1)The mode of running the school is "4+0" mode,and 50.0%of the teachers think that the school is basically the same as the management of foreign nursing specialty and general nursing specialty.60.0%of the teachers believe that the school's educational philosophy is the ability of knowledge,the quality of all-round development,focusing on students' self-learning ability,cultivate lifelong learning concept,highlighting the "teacher-oriented,student as the main" training concept.Teachers who think that foreign students are strong in clinical nursing ability,communication ability and environmental adaptability,while they are weak in scientific research ability,innovation ability and critical thinking ability.(2)The average number of courses in the six institutions is 55.70±4.08,with an average total of 2802.83±293.64 hours.The ratio of theory to practice is 1:0.68 and the minimum is 1:0.34.The ratio of the required course to the elective course is 1:0.26 and the minimum is 1:0.13.32.9%the teacher thinks that the number of courses should be increased,of which 58.9%of the teachers think that the elective courses of foreign nursing are less,86.3%of the teachers need to increase the humanistic nursing curriculum.(3)In terms of theoretical and practical curriculum,41.1%and 37.0%of the teachers agreed that the ratio of the theoretical and practical hours was 1:0.8,1:1.37.1%of the teachers and 29.5%.Internship model should start from the third year,cross study,the fourth year of focus on internship for 4 months,26.2%of the teachers,39.0%of the foreign workers recommended the second year of internship,cross-study,the fourth school year internship 4 month.For the current number of clinical practice weeks of foreign care,teachers and foreigners with the highest rate of approval for the internship time for 40 weeks.(4)In the case of bilingual teaching,57.3%of the teachers and 51.1%of the foreign nursing students that nursing professional courses should be bilingual teaching.The main factors influencing the development of bilingual teaching include the level of teachers,the level of foreign students themselves,the related policies and funding,and the atmosphere of bilingual teaching environment.The teaching environment and methods are the main objective factors that determine the quality of bilingual teaching.(5)In the employment situation of foreigners,foreign students think that language,capital,national policy is the three main factors affecting foreign employment.71.0%of the foreign workers reflect the employment information obtained mainly through the network channels,mainly in the main school site,other sites accounted for 21.3%.Conclusion:(1)The total number of hours of the course,the proportion of the course modules,the ratio of theory to practice,the difference between compulsory and elective.(2)The main factors influencing the bilingual teaching are the teaching level,the teaching method and the foreign language level of the foreign students.The commonly used teaching method is classroom teaching,PBL teaching method and heuristic teaching method.(3)Foreign employment of graduates of employment information access to a single way.
