"The One Belt And Road" has many countries along the route,and there are great differences between the historical and cultural traditions,ethnic religious beliefs and economic and social development of different countries,in order to better promote the realization of "five links",talent factor is the key link and important support for construction and implementation.In the construction of "The One Belt And Road",the universities in Xinjiang are responsible for cultivating international talents,promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation,and serving economic development for Xinjiang.How to guide the students of Xinjiang university to strengthen the sense of responsibility for the rejuvenation of Chinese nation and the sense of identity of Chinese traditional culture on the basis of correctly understanding and grasping the current development trend.It is necessary to train and transport talents in Xinjiang universities to adapt to "The One Belt And Road" construction.It has put forward a higher requirement for the ideological and political education of Xinjiang universities,and also brings new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education of Xinjiang.Xinjiang universities need to combine special regional situation and complex international environment to accurately grasp the characteristics of this times,understanding the connotation and characteristics of "The One Belt And Road" initiative,plays the important role of ideological education in construction,by bridging differences on major international issues,reduce regional conflicts,firm political stance to service all the way to construction such as high water level of internationalized talents.This study will connect the era background with ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,on the basis of fully summarizing the existing theoretical results,through the method of literature?interdisciplinary research and experience summary to conduct the thorough research to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,find the way of the construction of the coupling point and area,finally it is concluded that the innovative and effective countermeasures.This study is divided into four parts,specific as follows:The first part is the introduction concretely discusses background and significance of this research,the domestic and foreign research status is summarized,use three scientific methods of ideological and political education on the basics of clear research ideas.Finally,this paper finds out the innovation points and shortcomings of this research.The second part is the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological and political education of Xinjiang universities in the context through "The Belt And Road".This part elaborates on the three times opportunities encountered by the ideological and political education of Xinjiang university in the context of "The Belt And Road",it also points out the new challenges brought by the conflict of multiculturalism,religious extremism and "three forces" to the ideological and political education of Xinjiang universities.The third part is "The One Belt And Road" under the background of status analysis in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.This part analyzes the current situation of education in the ideological and political science of Xinjiang colleges and universities from the regional level and national level,it clearly points out the problems of "The One Belt And Road" in the college ideological and political education.Finally,the objective and subjective reasons of the problems are analyzed.The fourth part is the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.This part is on the basis of above analysis,through strengthening the importance of Ideological and political work,by paying special attention to the ideological work of the initiative,constructing the stable base to reverse osmosis anti-secession and develop the ideological and political education system,strengthening the construction of ideological and political education team,some suggestions on the establishment of a new ideological and political education platform of related suggestions for the construction of docking "The Belt And Road".
