Study On Liaoning's Study Abroad Education In The “One Belt, One Road” Perspective

"The Belt and Road "strategy is proposed under a new era of national level in the new background of China and world's development,if successfully completed,will support the development of the next few decades or even hundreds of years China's economy healthy and stable.Because of Liaoning's unique geographical location and its development advantages,will be in the "The Belt and Road" strategy plays an important role.One of the most important strategic resources for the construction of "The Belt and Road "is the talent and intersect people,therefore,in the "The Belt and Road" in Liaoning under the strategy of how to attract and train foreign students,it is especially important.It can be said that Liaoning has a wealth of experience in training for international students in China,and Liaoning province's higher education resources is very advantageous,but how to combine these advantages into practical results,there are many things to do,this paper is from the point of the first Liaoning students were studying status in the analysis,enrollment,teaching and management level to explain the existence of Liaoning in recent years to study problems in the work of education cause,and puts forward some suggestions.This thesis is divided into six parts besides the introduction.The introduction part first introduces the research background,the purpose and significance,and then describes the research methods,and the research ideas and framework.Chapter one is literature review.The education of overseas students,"The Belt and Road" in literature education of the students in this chapter the author reviews in recent years in Liaoning Province,to provide theoretical support for this paper.The second chapter is the view of "The Belt and Road" under the Liaoning foreign student education status.In this part,the author makes an analysis of the current situation of the students in Liaoning from the aspects of the scale,the source of students,the choice of the school,the professional choice and the learning level.The third chapter is from the perspective of "The Belt and Road" under the Liaoning foreign student education problems.In this part,the author from enrollment,teaching and management aspects of the Horizon "The Belt and Road" under the Liaoning foreign student education has some problems and causes:recruit students level of scale is low;students in the majority are from China's neighboring countries;the financing system is not sound.The teaching and management problem is:the university is not internationalized;specialty structure is not reasonable;teachers strength is not strong.The fourth chapter is the view of "The Belt and Road" under the Liaoning foreign student education development strategy.In this part of the author based on the second part of the foreign students in Liaoning,the existing problems of education expounded their views,and put forward some suggestions:enlarge the scale of students;broaden new students market;reform the scholarship mechanism;speed up the internationalization of colleges;optimize the professional structure;strengthen the construction of teaching staff.The conclusion part summarizes the research contents and conclusions of this paper,and expounds the innovation and inadequacies of this article.
