Research On The Impact Of College Students' Political Skills On Entrepreneurial Intentions

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in today's economic environment,attracting a large number of scholars to study entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurship research involves the theories and methods of management,psychology and so on.Scholars at home and abroad study the entrepreneurial intention from the personal background,personal characteristics,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial attitude,entrepreneurial characteristics,entrepreneurial opportunity identification,entrepreneurial orientation and other angles.There is a lack of academic research on entrepreneurial intention in the perspective of political skills.Through empirical research methods to explore the political skills and various dimensions of communicative competence,social alertness,interpersonal influence,explicit sincere direct impact on entrepreneurial intention,and study whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be used as a mediator in political skills and entrepreneurial intention variables.This paper selects the authority of the theory as a survey tool and college students as the research object.Data were collected by using questionnaires.This paper mainly uses SPSS 19.0 statistical software to do statistical analysis of the data.The results showed that there was no significant difference in gender,profession and education,and there were significant differences in the experience of parents,relatives and friends in the entrepreneurial experience,work experience and family economic situation.The results of correlation and regression analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between political skill and its dimensions,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.The political skills of college students have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and political skills,which have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention.The political skills of college students have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,in which communicative competence,social alertness and explicit sincerity have significant effects on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Data processing results show that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between political skills and entrepreneurial intention variables.This shows that there may be other mechanisms in the impact of political skills on entrepreneurial intention,which provides a reference for future scholars in the field of research.
