Entrepreneurial activity is the key factor in the steady growth of the economy,which is also an important power of economic reform.Based on this,the Shanxi provincial government encourage entrepreneurship,aims to form the atmosphere of“public entrepreneurship and peoples innovation”.college students who received a good education are an important carrier of human capital,should become an important subject of entrepreneurial activity,but the reality is that students,who come from shanxi Province,take less entrepreneurial behavior.The scholars pointed out:entrepreneurial intention is a prerequisite for entrepreneurial behavior.Therefore,Research on the key influencing factors of college students entrepreneurial intention and promote college students' entrepreneurship,that become an important issue to solve.Through the previous research results to sort out,this paper found that the research on the entrepreneurial intentions of college students are not enough.At the same time,The main research angles divided into the individual and environment,and few scholars have studied these two aspects from the comprehensive angle.This paper studies comprehensive factor,that is entrepreneurial learning,which is the key factor that influences the entrepreneurial intention of college students through the individual and environmental comprehensive perspective.This paper explores the relationship of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial intention.whice based on Planning behavior theory.In this paper,through the methods,such as depth interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.we explore whether the entrepreneurial learning of college students has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention and the mediating role of entrepreneurial alertness.In addition,this paper also discusses the impact of feature variables on entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial intentions.Therefore,this study not only constructs a new conceptual model,but also can provide a way to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Shanxi Province.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the research object,the related questionnaire are reorganized and tested.(2)To explore the impact of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions,and findings that: public entrepreneurship is not all entrepreneurship,but college students of certain conditions to start a business.(3)It is proved that the entrepreneurial alertness play a mediating role in Entrepreneurship Learning on entrepreneurship intention,and points out the direction of entrepreneurial learning.(4)Explore the influence of each characteristic variable on college students' entrepreneurial learning entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial intention.(5)To distinguish between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education,regulate the empirical study.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial learning has positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.The positive impact of empirical learning and cognitive learning on entrepreneurial intention is verified,and the positive effect of practice learning on entrepreneurial intention has not been validated.(2)Entrepreneurial alertness played mediating role between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intentions.(3)Entrepreneurial learning can significantly enhance the entrepreneurial alertness.(4)Some characteristic variables have a significant impact on entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial intentions.
