| For a long time,the problem of bullying has been there,on the current situation,there is a growing trend.Bullying is a serious problem for students,parents and society.The scope of the campus bullying incidents,involving a wide range of serious harm,has been a major problem to be solved.Society,school and family because of their own limitations,in solving the bullying problem,the intervention effect is limited.This research mainly from the microcosmic aspect,the use of professional social work theory,methods and practice experience,and the social work of self-help professional purpose,and the use of group social work,help students to prevent and reduce campus bullying problems.Social,school,family,and individuals contribute to bullying.Under the premise of the objective environment can not be changed,by changing themselves reasons for bullying,from the root to prevent and reduce bullying behavior on campus.In solving the problem of campus,the traditional psychological counseling and lectures,aimed at all students,not targeted,so a small part of the scope of the problem can not be resolved.The group social work method is just to make up for this shortcoming,the group work is applicable to a wide range,and targeted.In this method to use group work and case work together,in the group work,the author uses the group treatment model,the team members from the cognitive action to design a targeted group plan and implementation plan.Through role play to make members learn empathy,correct cognition,learning emotion control method,change the bully’s internal cognition and emotion,thus changing its behavior.The case is to make up for the deficiency of the group work.In the case,the empty chair technique is used to find out the root cause of the recurrence of the subject’s behavior,and to promote attitudes and changes in bullying behavior.Social work in preventing and resolving the problem of bullying,"self-help" professional core idea,pay attention to students’ subject consciousness,to help them restore the students independent inquiry,"self-help" function,"student-centered" principle,starting from students’ real needs to express their true thoughts and any other methods can not be compared. |
