| Adolescence is the golden stage of personality development,such as bullying in this stage will seriously harm the physical and mental development of adolescents.Adhering to the value concept of "helping others and helping themselves",social workers,based on professional theories and working skills,can help the bullied out of difficulties,solve the problems of the service objects,enable them to enhance their own abilities,effectively reduce the incidence of bullying incidents,and help the bullied out of the shadow of school bullying.Based on the collection of information related to little A,this study analyzed the causes of school bullying and the traumatic reaction caused by school bullying.Under the guidance of the enhancement theory,the client and client jointly develop service objectives and plans around the client’s needs,and carry out practical intervention work according to the plans.At the personal level to help the client to vent bad emotions,establish self-confidence;Assist the client to construct a correct understanding of school bullying;To enable the client to master the prevention of school bullying methods,to achieve personal empowerment.In terms of interpersonal relationship,the communication mode of the family members of the victim should be improved,so as to help their parents understand the relevant knowledge of school bullying,exert the support function of the family system,and achieve the enhancement of the family system.In terms of peer group,group activities were used to help the client learn interpersonal skills,encourage the client to actively participate in school activities,and actively integrate into the peer group.With the principal’s class as the main part,group activities and school bullying prevention knowledge competition were used to strengthen the sense of identity among students,and achieve the enhancement of the peer group system.At the environmental level,we will carry out lectures on bullying to create a harmonious campus environment.The evaluation of the case intervention effect shows that it is effective to help bullying students to enhance their ability in all aspects under the guidance of empowerment theory.Research shows that exploring and stimulating the potential of the bullied can promote the personal empowerment,the positive and benign interaction between the bullied and others can promote the interpersonal empowerment,and the comprehensive use of case work can better achieve the goal of empowerment,but the case intervention should try to avoid causing secondary harm to the bullied. |
