| In recent years,campus bullying has occurred frequently and has become increasingly prevalent in primary and secondary schools across the country.The number of students harmed by campus bullying has been increasing year by year,which has attracted widespread attention from people from all walks of life.Primary school students’ self-development is not yet mature and they are in a critical period of personality development,and are highly susceptible to external negative factors that interfere and lead to deviant behavior.Related studies have shown that the primary and secondary school stage is a period of high incidence of campus bullying,where primary school students have weak self-protection abilities and lack effective coping strategies when bullied.Therefore,prevention work for primary school students’ campus bullying is particularly important.This article takes primary school students in Y primary school in Z city as the research object,and uses group work methods as a work method to intervene in the prevention of campus bullying behavior.By comprehensively using questionnaire survey and interview methods,the current situation of bullying behavior on Y primary school campus was analyzed,and the basic needs of primary school students were preliminarily estimated.Based on the opinions of the homeroom teacher,ten primary school students with "potential high risk" of being involved in bullying were recruited and screened,and these students were gathered to carry out group activities.On this basis,guided by cognitive behavior theory and label theory,through the implementation of eight group activities,we aim to help team members improve their understanding of bullying behavior,master coping strategies for bullying behavior,and cultivate good interpersonal skills,thereby creating a harmonious campus environment and preventing the occurrence of campus bullying behavior from the root cause.Through the evaluation of the intervention effect,the results showed that the application of group work methods in the prevention of bullying behavior in primary school students on campus has a positive effect.After participating in the activity,group members have a clearer understanding of bullying behavior,have mastered coping methods for bullying behavior,and have also improved interpersonal communication skills,establishing harmonious peer relationships.Finally,this study provides reference suggestions for the prevention and control of bullying behavior in primary school students around the linkage between social work and the trinity of family,school,and society. |
