At present,the bullying incidents on campus have become increasingly prominent.While seriously restricting the physical and mental health development of teenagers,it has also caused extremely bad social impact,which has also triggered widespread attention from the society.According to statistics,in 2020,the search related to "campus bullying" ranked first in the field of minor infringement,which also directly shows that campus bullying has become a normal phenomenon in the campus.It is mainly manifested in verbal abuse and physical bullying,which not only destroys the physical and mental health of the victim students,is not conducive to their healthy growth,but also destroys the campus management order,and also hinders the construction of a harmonious society.The main reason for the endless occurrence of bullying on campus lies in the neglect of bullying by schools,the weak awareness of the rule of law among minors,and the blind following with other unhealthy teenagers.Guided by cognitive behavior,social learning and other theories,this thesis helps to solve bullying behavior of bullies on campus through group work intervention.A total of six groups were designed,with the themes of "knowing you,really happy","telling a story to you","soul exchange machine","I can control emotions","everyone is a good partner",and "looking forward to the future",to help the group members form a correct understanding of bullying on campus,deeply understand its harmfulness,and guide the group members to learn to adjust and control emotions,and establish relationships with others in a gentle way,In this way,the team members’ empathy and social skills will be enhanced,thereby reducing bullying incidents on campus.In practice,it is found that group work plays a positive role in correcting bullying in primary school students.It can make use of the professionalism of social workers to make minors understand the harm of bullying to others rationally and deeply feel the fear and pain of victims being bullied.In addition,group work intervention can provide professional methods for the intervention of school bullying,correct the school bullying behavior of primary school students,and enhance their interpersonal skills.Therefore,it is feasible and necessary for group work to intervene in school bullying.Of course,China should also strengthen the legal construction of bullying on campus,and strengthen the regulation of bullying in the form of legislation.At the same time,schools should attach great importance to it,optimize and improve the campus management system,and pay attention to the psychological education of students.In addition,families should also give full play to the function of education to create a harmonious and friendly family environment for minors.
