Intuitive,as the important source of new knowledge discovery,plays an important role in learning mathematics.“compulsory education mathematics curriculum ” issued in 2011,raised that the geometry should be as core concepts.It demanded developing students geometry in middle school mathematics learning.should be included.Therefore,understanding the connotation of the geometry and targeting students' ability of geometry,are especially important for middle school mathematics teaching.The research using the method of literature,the paper expounds the connotation of the geometry and the significance.Then it established the geometric intuitive ability classification level combining the method of expert consultation.Then according to the hierarchical level compiled grade students in geometric intuitive ability test,and through the self-made test to investigate the students' ability of geometric intuitive level,finally using the SPSS statistical analysis,to explore the geometric intuitive ability training strategies in junior high school students.This paper includes five chapters altogether:The first chapter,introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the geometry in the important position of modern scientific research,education teaching,and then introduces the research problem of geometric intuitive ability(students geometric intuitive ability level? What aspects lacking?),finally elaborated the research significance and purpose.The second chapter,literature review.To the existing geometric intuitive research as a starting point,exploring the connotation of the geometry and grade of education value,ability level,etc.,sums up the characteristics and limitations of existing research,and then puts forward the preliminary conception of this study-grade students in geometric intuitive ability to survey and research.The third chapter,process and methods of the study is the core part of the paper.Research established the first grade students as the research object,and then combined with the existing literature research and expert consultation,established the geometric intuitive level evaluation index,then the index system establishment based on geometric intuitive ability test,and through the two preliminary research and interview method to revise test.The final test was used to test three grade students of the school.The fourth chapter,the analysis of test results.Through SPSS5.0 overall level of the students' ability of geometry and the dimensions on the ability level of correlation analysis,and compare the different gender,different schools of the differences of student achievement.Basic statistics,and then through the analysis of each item the level of the students to answer the question,as well as the overall score.The fifth chapter,the research conclusion and reflection.Through the practical investigation and analysis,the study found that the geometric intuitive ability of the students overall is good,but construct the consciousness and ability is not strong.At the same time,the students ability of different schools exist significant according to the differences,and there is no significant difference between the overall level of both men and women.According to the results,the geometric intuitive training strategy.Finally,illustrates some of the innovations and shortcomings of this study.Geometry,which is the core of the junior high school students quality,its ability training also runs through the middle school mathematics teaching.High school teachers,therefore,it is necessary to understand the significance of geometry,and targeted to ability training.
