Research On The Reasons And Countermeasures Of The Poor Convergence Of Chengdu Higher Vocational Education

In recent years,the central and local governments have increased the input of vocational education,Therefore,the vocational education of teachers and infrastructure and other aspects have been developed,The rapid development of vocational education system has played a import role in strengthening the comprehensive ability of workers,promoting regional economic development,improving social and economic development and promoting employment.In this situation,Chengdu has taken many measures to promote the development of vocational education,training a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical ability of technical staff,and it speed up the development of local vocational education,However,there are still many problems in vocational education in Chengdu.The author believes that there is no good connection between vocational education and higher vocational education is an important factor in the development of vocational education in Chengdu.Therefore,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the current problems in secondary vocational education in Chengdu is necessary.Find the cause of the problem,solve the problems and give the corresponding countermeasures,promote the connection of the secondary vocational education and higher vocational education is urgently needed.This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation and the reasons of the convergence of secondary vocational education in Chengdu from five aspects: management system,training goal,recruitment policy,curriculum setting and teaching content,and finds out the problems existing in convergence.There are: Management system was lumpy,leading to the separation of vocational education;The lack of level of training objectives,ignoring the needs of social and economic development;Recruitment policy is imperfect,it is difficult to protect the smooth convergence of vocational education;dislocation of course;repetition of teaching content.In order to solve the above problems and achieve the effective convergence of higher vocational education,we need to proceed from the following aspects:1,improve the management system of high vocational education.We must find a new path to the convergence of higher vocational education.The government needs to build a platform to set up an administrative body to formulate and improve the management system of convergence.2,in the training objectives,we must first establish the basis for training objectives,develop training objectives of the program,and accurately expressed the training objectives.3,reform the vocational college entrance examination policy,to promote vocational education and vocational education smooth convergence;4,in the curriculum,develop courses that meet common requirements,build integration of vocational courses.Establish correct concept of vocational education curriculum,make clear convergence line and implementation of hierarchical education,so that students who want to go to college can get better education,design modular courses,skills training and skill level to ensure that the higher vocational vocational students to enhance their ability.5,in teaching content convergence,implement a integrated teaching plan,establish a wide range of teaching quality evaluation standards,the government should provide a guarantee for the smooth convergence of vocational colleges,including establishment of a specialized institutions at the municipal level,develop,improve and abide by the relevant rules and regulations.
