Guangdong Province is actively promoting the construction of modern vocational education system.In this context,this paper chooses the communication technology specialty in the three-two-stage project of secondary and higher vocational education as the research object,interprets the vocational education policy formulated by the relevant departments of the state,and analyses the personnel training program of the communication technology specialty in Vocational schools,so as to explore a wide range of issues.Target orientation and content structure characteristics of the three-two-stage convergence course of communication technology specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges in East China.The goal of the three-two-stage cohesion curriculum is not only integrated at the level,but also clear in its orientation.At the same time,the system of the three-two-stage cohesion curriculum reflects the characteristics of balance and flexibility in organizational structure and spiral in integration.The author takes the vocational core competence as the breakthrough point,visits the pilot schools on the spot,and analyses some existing documents.It is found that many pilot schools’ communication technology specialty in curriculum convergence still can not effectively implement the training of vocational core competence,such as the lack of effective convergence between curriculum content and vocational core competence training,and the lack of effective convergence between curriculum content and vocational core competence training.The current curriculum standards can not effectively guide the cultivation of vocational core competence.The main reasons for these problems can be divided into the following three points: 1)communication between docking schools is not in place;2)talent training specification analysis is divorced from reality;3)the cohesion system lacks effective top-level design.Therefore,we should strengthen the communication between secondary and higher vocational colleges,make a reasonable analysis of the talent’s specifications according to the theory of "career belt",draw up relevant guiding documents as soon as possible,and formulate a unified standard of vocational core competence,which are all the important contents of the current curriculum convergence between secondary and higher vocational colleges.Analyzing the structure of vocational core competence is the cornerstone of formulating a perfect three-two-stage curriculum cohesion scheme for cultivating vocational core competence.Therefore,this paper takes the position of communication engineer as an example to analyze,select the appropriate curriculum model according to their different competence modules,and design the curriculum cohesion scheme.
