| As an important part of teacher education,the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools plays an important role in improving the quality of teachers and the development of basic education.Analyzing the components and running status of primary and secondary school teachers’ training plays an important role in building a good training mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers,and achieving efficient operation of primary and secondary school teachers’ training.Therefore,aiming at summed up the general characteristics of the change mechanism of training the teachers of primary and middle school,the present paper based on the history.The present paper based on the history will tease the changes of the primary and middle school teachers’ training mechanism dating back to the reform and opening-up and analyze the factors influencing the changes comprehensively.Based on the result,while reviewing the achievements of the running state,the present paper also analyze the existing problems and inadequacies,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,and then expect to provide reference for teachers to improve the operation mechanism of training in the future.This research will grasp the changes of the primary and middle school teachers’ training mechanism dating back to the reform and opening-up macroscopically and microscopically.By adopting the literature research method,historical research method,comparative research method and case studying on the change of law since the reform and opening up of primary and middle school teachers’ training operation mechanism.The present paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,where is the main topic of this paper,the definition of relevant concepts and related literature reviews will be summarized,and the research value and research methods are also expounded.In chronological order,the second part will mainly discuss the changes of primary and middle school teachers’ training operation mechanism dating backing to China’s reform and opening-up.The changes will be divided into three stages: the operating mechanism of the administrative plan(1978-1989),the operating mechanism of supervision and services(1990-1998),the operating mechanism of guidance services(1999-2016).And each stage is summarized and expounded separately by the training of the decision-making mechanism,training mechanism,training mechanism of resource allocation,training evaluation mechanism.The third part mainly analyzes the influencing factors of the change of theoperating mechanism of primary and secondary school teachers’ training dating back to the reform and opening-up,mainly from the perspective of international factors and domestic factors.The fourth part mainly summarizes the overall characteristics of the changing operation of the primary and secondary school teachers’ training mechanism dating back to reform and opening-up.The results are as follows:in the management philosophy,the social standard to individual standard;in the management mode,from "centralization" to "service type";in the management,from micro management to macro management.The fifth part will summarize the problems and deficiencies,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.By grasping the overall changes of the past thirty years and reflecting the current stage of primary and middle school teachers’ training operation. |
