Abstract/Summary:
The 21 st century is the era of information,education information is the only way of education development.In this context,in order to promote teachers to actively adapt to the changes of information technology,artificial intelligence and other new technologies,and promote teachers to actively use information technology for education and teaching,in March 2019,the Ministry of Education decided to implement the National Primary and secondary school Teachers’ Information Technology application Ability Improvement Project 2.0.Capability Improvement Project 2.0 puts forward the basic requirements of "whole-school promotion" and the overall goal of "three improvements and one comprehensive",namely,the informatization leadership of principals,informatization guidance ability of training teams and informatization teaching ability of teachers are significantly improved,and the integrated innovation and development of information technology and education and teaching is comprehensively promoted.Based on lifelong education theory,adult learning theory and teacher professional development theory,this study adopts literature research method and content analysis method to study the influencing factors and implementation strategies of whole-school promotion in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi.In this study,107 effective samples of influencing factors and 94 effective samples of implementation strategies were obtained by content analysis of "School Informatization Development Plan 2.0 of Information Technology Application Improvement Project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" submitted by 108 pilot schools of 2.0 in Guangxi.This study uses Excel 2019 and Python 3.10.3 for content analysis,and the analysis results show that schools in Guangxi generally have six factors affecting the whole school promotion of ability Improvement Project 2.0: teacher ability,teacher learning,teaching practice,training at all levels,school environment,and others.As well as teachers’ information teaching ability improvement,information teaching environment construction,information education resources construction,information management team construction,students’ ability improvement,a total of five aspects of the ability improvement project 2.0 whole school implementation strategy,and analyze the correlation between each influencing factor.The results show that the common influencing factors in the second dimension of content analysis framework overlap completely,and the common influencing factors in the first dimension of content analysis framework also overlap greatly.In other words,information technology ability,information environment and other school factors are all the influencing factors of the ability Improvement Project 2.0,which they all pay attention to,whether it is the three pilot schools divided according to the learning section or the three pilot schools divided according to the information development vision.The starting point of the association of all influencing factors is training at all levels and other factors,and the end point of the association is teachers’ ability and teaching practice.In other words,the influence of various factors on the whole school implementation process of the Ability Improvement Project 2.0will ultimately be manifested in two aspects: insufficient teachers’ ability and insufficient teaching practice.In the implementation of the strategy,along with the development of vision is the wisdom of the selected environment,schools attach more importance to in addition to the informationization teaching ability to improve other aspects of construction,such as the information-based teaching environment,the construction of informatization of education resources,etc,with low levels of wisdom and vision to change schools attach more importance to teachers’ information technology teaching ability of ascension.
