Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of The Application Of Educational Information Technology For PE Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools In Shanxi Province

With the rapid development of modern educational information technology,government has certain requirements for the ability of educational information technology of primary and secondary school teachers.The application of educational information technology is the inherent requirement of the professional development of primary and secondary school PE teachers,and has a promoting effect on the teaching of primary and secondary school PE teachers.This paper makes a sample survey of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province,grasps the current situation of their application of educational information technology,and makes a research and analysis of its influencing factors,aiming at improving the level of educational information technology of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province,improving the quality of classroom teaching,and providing practical and effective reference for the construction of educational information technology of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province.In this paper,300 primary and secondary school PE teachers from 11 cities in Shanxi Province were investigated.300 electronic questionnaires were sent out by questionnaires stars,and 282 effective questionnaires were obtained.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire survey,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the factors influencing the application of educational information technology of primary and middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province by using SPSS19.0 software,and carries out hierarchical multiple regression analysis and exploratory factor analysis.The results show that:(1)The overall utilization rate of educational information technology of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province is relatively low,the teachers who often use educational information technology are less,and they use more elementary educational information technology,while relatively advanced educational information technology is hardly used.In the application of educational information technology,there are differences in region,section,age,gender and educational background.(2)Through hierarchical multiple regression,it is concluded that gender,school segment,educational background,region and training have a certain impact on the application ofeducational information technology to PE teachers.(3)In the application of educational information technology in physical education teaching of primary and secondary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province,there are significant differences between physical education theory class and physical education practice class in regions and academic sections;there are differences in age in physical education management;there are no differences in gender;and there are significant differences in physical education theory class,practical class and physical education management in academic qualifications.(4)Through the factor analysis of the influencing factors of the application of educational information technology of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,it is concluded that there are two factors affecting the application of educational information technology of teachers,namely,the individual skill level factor and the school teaching management factor.The most influential factor is the level of individual skills.Accordingly,this paper proposes to improve the information literacy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,integrate physical education teaching with educational information technology,increase the attention and support of school leaders,increase the input of hardware and software equipment in schools,provide certain hardware support and technical training for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and formulate relevant policies to encourage PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.Use educational information technology.
