Since the 1990 s,information technology has become one of the main development trends in the field of education which draw widely attention all over world.The impact of information technology on education is increasingly prominent,and the integration degree of education and teaching is gradually deepened.However,limited by the complexity and diversity of educational context,information technology can not play its due revolutionary impact as expected.As one of the core factors of education system,teachers' using of information technology is the key to determine the effect of integration of information technology and education.Outstanding teachers are the mainstay in teaching teams which play great important roles in leading the construction of education.Their teaching behavior provide main and key teaching reference for the ordinary teachers.Therefore,it is essential to explore the reasons that affect outstanding teachers' using of information technology and try to guide them to produce reasonable application behaviors with technology to optimize teaching.Also,this research aims at improving the overall information technology based teaching ability,the levels of teachers in China and the development process of information in education.Based on the evaluation system and tools of outstanding teachers,this study selects a certain number of outstanding mathematics teachers in primary school,and analyzes the influencing factors and motivations of the use of information technology in math teaching.Based on research results,this paper puts forward relevant practical strategies to guide outstanding teachers to effectively apply technology to optimize teaching.The main research work includes the following aspects:1? Construct the evaluation framework system of outstanding mathematics teachers in primary schools.By using the method of literature research,this paper analyzes and studies the connotation,evaluation standard and the evaluation method of outstanding teachers and other relevant literature.Combining with the dimensions,indicators and specific contents of the evaluation standard of outstanding teachers at home and abroad,this paper constructs the evaluation framework of outstanding teachers,and formulates a three-evaluation methods based on the combination of objective-evaluation,self-evaluation and third-party evaluation and evaluation tool with high scientificity and practicality is designed and developed.2? An empirical study on the sampling of outstanding mathematics teachers in primary schools.Based on the evaluation framework and program of outstanding mathematics teachers,this paper uses the developed evaluation tool to carry out empirical research on all mathematics teachers in two districts of primary schools in C City,J province.By collecting the relevant data of objective-evaluation,self-evaluation and third-party evaluation,specific criteria of outstanding teachers are formulated,and finally the outstanding teachers mathematics are selected from different grades,types of schools and different regions.3? A quantitative study on the influencing factors of the use of information-based teaching technology of excellent primary school mathematics teachers.By using the method of literature research,this paper analyzes and studies the relevant literature about theinfluencing factors of teachers' adoption of information technology based teaching behavior at home and abroad,and constructs the theoretical model of influencing factors of mathematics outstanding teachers' using of information technology in primary school.Based on this model,this paper develops the measurement table of influencing factors of primary school mathematics outstanding teachers' information technology based behaviors.By collecting quantitative data,this paper fixed and modified the theoretical model through Structural Equation Model(SEM)software Amos 22.0,and determined this structure and quantitative relationship of various influencing factors.4? Analysis of the influencing factors of the use of information technology based teaching by outstanding primary school mathematics teachers.According to the characteristics of the population variables of the outstanding teachers in primary school,this mathematics teachers who have unique characteristics in the use of teaching technology are selected as a case with the method of interview and grounded theory.According to the quantitative analysis results,the causes and mechanism of various influencing factors are deeply explored.Based on the analysis,this paper puts forward some practical strategies to guide outstanding teachers to effectively integrate technology and optimize daily teaching.Based on the establishment of a relatively complete evaluation framework,program and tools for outstanding teachers,this study explores the influencing factors of the use of information technology based teaching of outstanding mathematics teachers,and summarizes the causes and mechanism of such influencing factors.The research results not only have certain theoretical and practical guiding value for optimizing the effect of the deep integration of information technology and education,solving the key problems and accelerating the development process of educational informatization,but also can guide the improvement of teachers' teaching level with educational information technology and enrich the theory and practice of teachers' team construction during this information society.
