| At present Great transformation of society in our country industrialization and urbanization,rural large Numbers of young adults in order to earn money and have come to the cities looking for work,this phenomenon greatly promote the emergence of the phenomenon of rural empty nest,greatly increased the number of rural rear old man.According to the 6th national population census data shows that China currently has at least 43.3973 million left-behind elderly,most people live in the countryside,there are about 30.3791 million,in the total number of left-behind elderly accounted for about 69.79%,is the large number of rural left-behind elderly in China.Left-behind elderly children go out to work,income increase,also gave the old man a better material life conditions.But for the elderly care not only on the material,among them,there is a very important aspect,that is the improvement of the spiritual life.In this paper,based on the reference of existing research results,guided by the social support network theory,in the author’s hometown village B J city,jiangsu province left-behind elderly as investigation object,Using the literature research method,Structured interview,Study in-depth field data collection.The study found that the rural elderly’s spiritual life,the main problems are the emotional appeal,with negative life attitude,lack of entertainment in three aspects.There are three main objective reasons for spiritual life for the elderly,one is for their own reasons,two is the family reason,social reason three.Working mode of the case in the model and team based case,the use of psychosocial therapy pattern and social support network,based on the description of the case work and group work.First of all,in the case of the psychosocial treatment mode of client specific intervention activities,and then to casework intervention effect were compared,found in the social work intervention case after case of complex normal life,able to correctly recognize the reality,now full of confidence to the life;to find the passion of life,to treat life a positive attitude.Secondly,in the work of the group by group intervention,the seven group after the event,the team assessed the effects of team members,found in loneliness,interpersonal relationship and the spiritual life have different degrees of improvement,interpersonal group activities to improve the elderly living alone had a significant effect,the group the members of the general improvement in mental state.This paper analyzes the social work intervention in some difficulties in the rural left-behind elderly spiritual needs services,including in the working process of the elderly to social workers do not understand,insufficient social worker own quality,etc.The author in the process of writing the article found that rural left-behind elderly increasing this phenomenon with the loss of filial piety culture there is a certain relationship,hope that through this article can make the power of the government and the public understanding to the social work,laying the groundwork for future social service work. |
