Pupils are in a radically period to shape their personality and habits,related theory shows that they are with self—management ability.And self-management is the most effective way for pupils to develop the good habits,civilized behavior and fulfill the core values of the Chinese socialism.The study takes SCU Xihanggang Experimental Primary School as an experimental school,students in this school are dishonest,uncivilized,rude,out of rules,poor self-management ability and so on,they are seriously lack of conscious and ability to manage their habits and behavior.Based the core of Chinese socialism,moral education idea,the aim of Young Pioneers and self-management theory,the research group explores a meticulous,systematic,sustained and operational moral education model to develop students' abilities to keep their behaviors civilized.Firstly,under the help of the study on self-management model,the research focuses on correct students' bad behaviors and help them to develop good habits.Secondly,pupils should develop the abilities of following the rules and etiquette,being honest,caring,keep healthy,being self-confident.An scientific and operational model of developing students' abilities to keep good behaviors and habits are established,it involves in fulfilling system of self-management model,elaborating Young Pioneer's role,inspiriting students' introspection,leading them to develop the abilities to manage good behaviors and habits.And then,during the research,student are gradually developing to manage the good behaviors and habits,teachers are increasingly conscious of the importance of self-management model,and parents are the parts of the progress of the research.Finally,based on the diversified school activities,the research group points out several operational and effective methods.For example,provide a democratic and self-management environment for multi-frame,regular Young Pioneer Team for model,focus on school activities to catch a chance for students to develop the self-management sense and ability.Besides,there are two problems in the progress of research,one is that some students got some achievement on self-management,but after a while,if they can't step forward,it is called ‘altitudestress';another is called ‘short circuit',it means when teachers or parents are out of sight,some students can't keep their good behavior and habits,so they need a supervisor.Anyhow,the purpose to develop students' self-management ability to keep good behavior and habits is a long-term task,we should explore more diversified,flexible,operational self-management model to help students keep good behaviors and habits.
