In today’s information age, the extracurricular reading plays an i mportant role in the primary school students. If a person from the sta rt to develop good habits of reading, life will be greatly. Golgi said: "books are the ladder of human progress." Reading can not only enrich a person’s life, but also the spirit of a nation’s spirit, cast a cou ntry’s cultural foundation. Therefore, in the present information age, it is a great importance to pay attention to the cultivation of extra curricular reading habits and the improvement of their reading ability. Extracurricular reading is an extension of classroom teaching, extrac urricular reading can not only broaden the students’ vision, but also provide space for students to develop their personal development. The new curric ulum standard points out:after class reading is the most common, the most need of extra-curricular activities, schools should create conditions for students to read, through various channels, to increase the students’ reading ability. Read ing can make knowledge become more abundant. "Chinese course standard" for North Korea in 6 years total should be reading 195 words above. Students must have a good extracurricular reading habits, to learn how to read outside the method, to improve extra-curricular reading interest.This paper mainly uses the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, with the Longjing B school as the research object. This investigation is a self-prepared "primary school students’ extracurricular reading habits training ma nagement questionnaire". The survey was conducted in 6 grade to grade 2, grade s tudents in grade two. The questionnaire is divided into two parts, which are the extracurricular reading habits and the extracurricular reading habits. In the i nvestigation process, the students found that the students usually do not read t he homework, the content is not clear, the primary school extracurricular readin g activities, class book corner change is not timely, the lack of students’extr acurricular reading guidance and other issues. The reading assignments are less, the content is not specific, which leads to the lack of targeted training for p rimary school students. Schools or classes for primary school students in extra-curricular reading activities, so that students lose their interest. Teachers an d parents on the primary school students read guidance and evaluation is not tim ely, so that students can not correct the bad habits of reading. Books are not t imely, so that students lack of a strong desire to read. So the management of pr imary school students outside reading habits, first of all, to read the homework arrangement should be in time, and the students do a reasonable evaluation, but also extra-curricular reading activities are rich and colorful, in order to gua rantee the protection of books to exchange books and other activities.
