The habit of good behavior is the basis for the development and sound personality of middle school students.Its cultivation is not only an important content of moral education in middle school,but also a lesson of human life.Fine campus culture environment plays an important role in the development of students' good habits by guiding,limiting,and promoting.This study,guided by Marxist theories,starts from the real practices of campus culture construction,and combined with the practical explorations of Bencha Senior High School,researches into the influences on students' behavior in the form of guidance,edification,specification,reinforcement,and stimulation,that are produced by different forms of campus culture,like spiritual culture,material culture,system culture,and behavioral culture,etc.so as to explore the effects that campus culture has on the development of students' behavioral habits.To achieve this,we are supposed to: stick to the fundamental task of fostering talents by enhancing the morality;pay fair attention to the effects from social environment,school internal environment,and family;insist on problem-based orientation,focusing on the problems with the influences that campus culture has on the development of senior high school students' fine behavioral habits;hold on to real practices,establishing the principles of campus cultural construction,exploring the concrete approaches of realizing the virtuous interaction between campus culture and the development of high school students' fine behavioral habits on the basis of the true school practice;build a general school cultural structure,by digging further for campus cultural resources and upgrading the place of morality in academic education,so as to implement the concept of student-oriented campus cultural construction.
