In China,the traditional class mode of the elementary and middle school is the system of unitary class adviser,therefore the subject teachers are only responsible for the teaching and they are little involved in the class management.How to make the subject teachers active in the class management is a problem for the educators.The author will do research on the current situation and countermeasures of N middle school subject teachers' participation in the class management,which has a positive theoretical and practical significance.This research mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and individual interviews to investigate and analyze the current situation of N middle school subject teachers' participation in the class management.There are some problems that exist in the class management,firstly,the subject teachers have the weak awareness and motivation of participation,in the meanwhile,they pay more attention to the teaching management;secondly,the degree of cooperation between the subject teachers and class adviser is very low and they lack communication with each other;thirdly,school doesn't have the rules and regulations which can enforce the subject teachers to participate in the class management.The reasons will be as follows.Firstly,the subject teachers are lack of correct understanding of participating in the classroom management;secondly,the subject teachers are lack of inner power and professional happiness;thirdly,it is not frequent for the subject teachers to participate in the classroom management and the scope is small;lastly,the school is lack of incentive and evaluation system,which will affect the subject teachers' work enthusiasm of participating in the class management.According to the practical research on the present situation in the subject teachers' participation in the class management,based on the above reasons,this research puts forward some countermeasures for the subject teachers to manage the class.The first one is to improve the awareness of subject teachers in the class management.The second one is to enhance the inner motivation of the subject teachers to participate in the classroom management.The third one is to get them to participate in the classroom management in different kinds of forms.The fourth one is to strengthen the communication between the class adviser and subject teachers.The fifth one is to improve the related mechanism of the school for the subject teachers to participate in the classroom management.
