At present, China’s basic education reform is being carried out in depth, as the basic management unit-- class based school management, the implementation of quality education is also faced with severe challenges, because the class management and the quality of teaching, curriculum reform, teacher professional development directly related, can be said to the class management is to realize the educational reform be whether science is one of the key success factors. But affected by many factors, the class management in many places no attention. Many teachers not only exists blindness huge in action, but also has the serious flaw in the understanding, the present situation of the current class management is very far and should reach the status and effectiveness are. This paper takes the high and New District of Weifang city as an example, problems and causes of current research on class management faces in primary school, and put forward the feasible solution, provides the reference for the scientific management of primary school class.I use the questionnaire survey method, interview method, observation method carries on the thorough investigation to the Weifang high tech Zone of high grade class management, these problems found mainly in several different ways. One is from the class problems: not active class work attitude, teacher does not respect the student; the teacher in charge of class cadre selection unreasonable manner, class goal setting is not reasonable; the class teacher and parents communication, teacher talent view quite obsolete, the class teacher will not deal with the relationship between the informal group. The two is the problems in school management: individual teacher is not satisfied with the school evaluation mechanism; large class problems can not be ignored. The teacher in charge of the curriculum is unreasonable and the workload is large.The causes of these problems: one is the teacher in charge teacher level, age and gender structure is irrational; teacher training is not timely, lack of systematic theories as guidance, resulting in class management can not effectively; slack effect by most teacher burnout, long-term hinder the development of the school; the influence of the teacher in charge by the exam oriented education, evaluation standard the results as an important standard to measure a student teacher in charge of class cadre selection; lack of democracy, lead to the selection of the class cadre has no authority in the class; class teacher and parents communication way is not reasonable, leading to the home school contact can not be smoothly; teacher treat non positive group unreasonable manner, individual management class of lack of experience, lack of correct management concept; too much emphasis on unity, ignore students’ personality; teacher did not establish the student oriented idea, not make students participate in class object, the enthusiasm of the students did not stimulate. Two is the school management: foreign activities over the impact of class management; class teacher work range, the pressure is too large; the school can not effectively mobilize the teacher in charge work initiative, large amount of impact of class management, the appraisal mechanism of the lack of theoretical guidance of scientific class management.Faced with these problems I from three aspects and puts forward some countermeasures: one is multi channels to promote the teacher professional development, two is to improve the class management skills in practice, three is from the school to the class management each aspect of humanistic care. In a word, only education managers change education concept, establish effective teacher evaluation system, the class teacher to create a good class atmosphere, stand on solid ground to do class work, class management can be carried out smoothly.
