The key to the healthy development of private schools is the teams of teachers. It is still a big problem to be solved in the circle of educational theory how to establish an excellent team of teachers and get private schools to boom continuously. The core of private schools lies in teachers , whose state of mind dominates their educational behaviors which have an direct effect on private schools. In the management of private schools quite a few schools have accumulated a lot of experience. They have come to make use of the conceptions of"humanism", putting forward such principles of human resource management as"cause keeping employees, treatment keeping employees, emotion keeping employees and environment keeping employees". However, using all the primitive managing conceptions and approaches quite a few private school managers are still considering their employees as just machines ignoring the all-round development of humans. Moreover, promise breaking has greatly damaged the managers'credit reputation in the mind of the employees, pushing the employees to the opposite side of them. I used be a teacher of public schools as well as a teaching researcher .Having been working on non-public education for nearly 10 years, I've experienced a lot about it , especially about my colleagues in private schools. In this passage I've made a detailed study of a few proper-scaled private schools in south China by means of questionnaires, visiting individuals and literature scanning .I've presented the phenomena, causes and strategies in the management of private school teachers on the purpose of exploring some advanced managing conceptions and strategies for human resource management in the new era as well as promoting the development of non-public education of our country and enriching the achievements on the research of human resource management in private schools , hoping it will be of some use to the development of non-public education in our country.
