The class is a mini-society for teachers and students, whose harmony is also a sign of our real society and a demand by the New Curriculum which advocates experience, practice, participation and cooperation. It sets higher demands on the teaching and class management for the teachers. Unfortunately some teachers' concept of class management does not reflect the demands of the New Curriculum when they are giving their lessons. They confuse the ideas of class management and the discipline management, ignoring the interactions between teachers and students and among the students themselves which lead to press down the students' activeness and creativity, while some other teachers may lack the goal of management and lose the control of their classes. These are old and hot problems for some teachers and educators. Therefore in my article I try to introduce the theory of Subject-subject Relationship to promote the skills of managing a class, which satisfies the demands of the New Curriculum reform. According to this theory I also put forward some strategies in this aspect to make the class more humane and more interesting and to make the students' respect, personality and creativity paid more attention to, ranging from the goal management, discipline management, classroom management to motivation skills, of course, these measures also help you to control the class more easily. In this way I hope I can set up a new model of class management, a new kind of platform, on which students can enhance their comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities.
