| Higher education is the key area of talent training,without talent cultivation a university can not be called the university.The construction of innovative university is the result of seeking innovation and development of Russian higher education.It is an effective measure to improve the talent cultivation quality and scientific research ability of Russian higher education,which is conducive to form the integration center of innovative talents and projects,to promote the continuous development and progress of higher education,to strengthen the international competitiveness of Russia's universities.The selection and talent training of Russia's innovative universities own sound support in policy and financial regulations,which is the intellectual support for building an innovation oriented country and a powerful country of higher education in Russia.This research mainly adopts literature analysis,comparative analysis and case study,analyzes the model of talent cultivation of innovative university in Russia,and in Herzen State Pedagogical University as an example to make detailed analysis and discussion.The introduction mainly includes the question,the research goal and the significance,the concept definition,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research method and the mentality of this paper.This part discusses the meaning,method and research category of this paper,which lays the foundation for the following analysis.The main body is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the theoretical basis of this study,which provides a theoretical guarantee for the cultivation of innovative talents.The second chapter mainly deals with the background,the selection criteria,the results and the development goals of the innovative university in Russia.The third chapter is the main body of this thesis.This part is based on the case study of the talent training model of Herzen State Pedagogical University.This part mainly discusses the objectives,curriculum,teaching and training methods of this university.As one of the innovative universities in Russia,Herzen State Pedagogical University has established a relatively perfect system of cultivating innovativetalents.It has made clear stipulations on the goals and results of talent training,curriculum and training methods.In accordance with the needs of the socioeconomic development of Russian Federation,a large number of excellent talents have been cultivated.The fourth chapter is mainly about the guarantee condition of the talent training of the innovative university in Russia,which is discussed from the national level and the university itself.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the present situation and existing problems of the talents cultivation in our country,the advantages of talents training of innovative universities in Russia.Aiming at the need of setting up an innovative-oriented country in China,it provides some references for talent training of our innovative universities:continuously improve the system construction of talent training,constantly increase the investment and support of talent training,constantly optimize allocation of high quality resource,to carry out the rich innovative activities. |
