Writing teaching is a difficult part among the junior high school Chinese teaching. Along with the deepening of teaching reform, researches on writing teaching are advancing constantly. However, writing teaching reform has been faced with plenty of difficulties in its actual process, and the improvement of students' writing skills is very slow, so far no important breakthrough has been made. P City, in Shandong Province makes significant progress in education reform. However, its writing teaching reform has reserved little effect, its teaching methods haven't changed too much, and the students'writing skills haven't achieved much obvious promotion. In view of this, the author makes deep researches on the current situation of writing teaching in P City, finds causes of the existing problems in writing teaching, proposes the adapting strategies towards writing teaching reform,hoping to have reference value to the writing teaching reform in P City.This study focuses on the current situation and issues of junior high school writing teaching in P City, using the literature data analysis, structural and non-structural interviews, questionnaires and other research and analysis methods. The main content is divided into four parts:The first chapter, introduction portion, includes the origin of the problem, research questions and methods, concept definition, literature review and research significance. Trough these five aspects, the author clarify the basic research questions: why, what, how, etc. The theoretical explanation is based on humanism theory, constructivism theory and learning level theory, and expounds the basic principles of these three theories and the enlightenment to writing teaching. The status quo and cause analysis part of the students through the questionnaire survey and the results of teacher interviews, P City, the status of writing teaching to sort out from the three dimensions of teachers, students and the environment of writing teaching problems and that the writing teaching problems The reasons are as follows:the contradiction between scoring standard and curriculum standard, the lack of systematic and effective teaching process, the singleness of writing training method and the lag of evaluation guide. The fourth part summarizes the four-point writing teaching suggestions:take the curriculum standard as the teaching basis, from closed to open, and actively develop the writing curriculum system, effective and effective writing guidance.The last part is the conclusion:in order to make progress in writing teaching reform, we should stick to curriculum standards and make systematic reform in teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods. Writing teaching practice should base on students, start from students'needs and actual situation, develop new teaching mode under the guidance of student-based concept, which will make an effective solution to the three difficulties among students "not willing to write, have nothing to write, do not how to write", and make students love to write, know how to write and have something to write.
