Classroom is an important place for students' education.However,some problem behaviors of students often have a bad influence on the classroom order and teaching efficiency.Therefore,the research on students' problem behaviors in class helps improve the quality of teaching as well as the students' learning efficiency.On the basis of the literature review at home and abroad,the writer made two questionnaires and an interview outline to know and analyze the current situations of the students' problem behaviors in class and their management strategies.The students studied in this paper are all from the intermediate grade of a primary school in Changshu.The results are as follows: The problem behaviors among the students in intermediate grade are ubiquitous.The types of these problem behaviors are various,but the degrees of these problem behaviors are mostly light.Besides this,it also finds that the problem behaviors of introversive type are more likely to happen in class compared with those of extravert type..The factors which influence students' problem behaviors include the students themselves,the teachers,the students' families and other environment.The students factors can be divided into physiological factor and mental factor.The teachers factors can be divided into teachers' management and teaching skills,the relationship between teachers and students,the subjects.The family factors include the family environment and the parents' ways of education,while other environment factors include classroom,school,society and the Internet environments.Therefore,the reasons for students' problem behaviors are complicated and diversified.This paper tries to propose some efficient management strategies to deal with students problem behaviors in class for different reasons.The management strategies are closely related to the particularity of the intermediate grade students,and also the typical cases are offered for further explanation.
