It is widely acknowledge that for the benefits of long-term objectives,we should start a well-thought-out strategy for children from the early childhood.Young children's health is the main milestone of Health in China,as well as the crucial guarantee of the achievement of the Chinese Dream.Under the background of Health in China Strategy,higher requirements are needed for the development of children's sports activity.As an important part of preschool education,children's physical education plays an important role in accelerating children's growth,strengthening their physique,forming good habits and conducting moral standards.Additionally,children's physical education is conducive to cultivating children to be sports-loving,social,disciplined,civilized,and confident,which help to shape them to be qualified builders and successors of the new era.However,there exists a big difference between the actual benefits and theories in children's physical education.Problematic behaviors in children's physical activities will seriously interfere with education and teaching,affect children's sports participation,independent development and social development,which is not conducive to children's physical and mental development.How to provide scientific guidance to children to inspire their participation in sports activities,cultivate children's interest in sports,and to truly achieve "body health" and " mental health" has become an urgent problem in preschool education.In this study,78 middle-class children are selected as the observation objects in F kindergarten,taking the places where middle-class children do morning exercises,group sports activities and free activities as observation spots.In this study,physical education,pedagogy,behavior,psychology and other theories related to children's growth serve as the research foundation,Literature Review Method,Observation Method,Interview Method,Case Analysis Method and other research methods are adopted.By means of the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,classification,distribution,and characteristics of problem behaviors in middle class of kindergarten school children's sports activities are interpreted explicitly and systematically.And on the basis,the mechanism of problematic behaviors in children's physical activities in the middle class of kindergarten is discussed,the path to solving their problem behaviors is explored,and the corresponding management strategies of problematic behaviors activities are proposed.It not only helps educators have a scientific cognition on children's problematic behaviors,but also helps to balance the contradiction between children's subjective freedom and rules in physical activities.In terms of this view,it provides references on how to promote the fitness,educational and social values of physical activities in early childhood education.Research results are as following:1.The problematic behaviors of children in middle class of kindergarten physical activities can be divided into extrovert and introvert types,taking on 29 specific manifestations.The prominent symptoms of introverted problematic behaviors include attention deficit disorder,timidity and withdrawal,and resisting learning.The prominent symptoms of extrovert problematic behaviors include disruption,attention-grabbing,aggression,destruction,and risk taking.2.The frequency of problematic behaviors in middle class of kindergarten children's physical activities is comparatively high.In 120 sports activities,a total of 5711 problematic behaviors and 372 problem behavior incidents are recorded,with an average of 48 problematic behaviors per class;among which Attention Deficit Disorder(26.93%),Disruptive Behaviors(19.00%),Destructive Behaviors(16.35%),and Deliberate Conspicuousness Behaviors(12.38%)rank top four.Specifically,problematic behaviors such as being attracted by the external environment,dazed,doing funny actions,running out of equipment without returning occur frequently.Problematic behaviors such as breaking the rules of the game flow,climbing the slide backwards,laughing and playing with two or more people,and fighting for other people's equipment are very common.3.The distribution of problematic behaviors in middle class of kindergarten children's physical activities shows different manifestations,which vary dramatically due to different organizational forms of sports activities,internal and external tendencies,different genders,expressions,and behavior orientations.: In different organizational forms of sports activities,collective sports activities come out on top(45.49%),morning exercises take the second place(30.22%),free activities(24.29%),are in the last place;In terms of internal and external tendencies,extroverted problematic behaviors(63.28%)are the dominant,introverted problematic behaviors Problem behaviors(36.72%)are running the second place;In terms of gender,distribution characteristics boys(58.90%)are the dominant,and girls(41.10%)are running after;In terms of representation,it shows the behavioral type(70.62%)the dominant,the compound type(19.77%)takes the second place,and the language type(9.61%)is in the last place.In terms of behavior orientation,it is mainly self-directed orientation type(36.72%),the peer orientation type(31.52%)takes the second place,the teacher orientation type(22.95%)takes the third place,pointing to the environmental orientation type(8.81%)is in the last place.4.The problematic behaviors in middle class of kindergarten children's physical activities have the common grounds such as universality,imitation,repetition and lack of self-control.Problematic behaviors are common among children in middle classes of kindergarten,of which 53.85% of children have 4 types of problematic behaviors.Conclusions have been drawn that problematic behaviors caused by imitation have been recorded 2132 times,accounting for 37.33%.Problematic behaviors in children in middle class of kindergarten have recurring characteristics,mainly manifested by repetition of the subject,content,and subject and content.There are three aspects: repetition,subject and content repetition.The development of young children's Nervous Systems have not been developed perfectly,and the principal manifestation of young children's problematic behaviors are lack of self-control,upholding the characteristics of contingency and arbitrariness.5.Causes of problematic behaviors in middle-class class of kindergarten children's physical activities are various,which could be mainly attributed to the children's personal factors,the corresponding teachers' factors,peer relationship and the environmental factors.Children's factors mainly include their own physiological factors and psychological factors.Teacher factors mainly include educational philosophy,subjective attitudes,behavior guidance,activity organization,the teacher's location and activity evaluation.The peer relationship factors include peer evaluation,peer emotions,same-sex preferences,and communication skills.The environmental factors include family factors,infant factors,and outdoor factors.6.In order to solve the problematic behaviors in middle class of kindergarten children's physical activities effectively,a "prevention-regulation-correction" problem behavior solution model should be constructed.We put forward proposals that prevention strategies should be applied in advance to effectively prevent problematic behaviors,behavior control strategies should be implemented timely to hinder problematic behaviors development,and behavior modification strategies should be adopted to correctly change the direction of problematic behaviors,providing a reference for effectively solving problematic behaviors in middle class of kindergarten children's sports activities.
