Students violate the classroom behavior rules in the classroom teaching,affect their own study and others in different degrees,interfere with teachers’ normal teaching activities,and bring negative effects for the classroom teaching.It is called Students’ classroom problem behaviors.In the teaching organizing forms of class teaching system,students’ classroom problem behaviors influence teachers’ teaching quality and students’ study effects directly.Due to poor self-discipline,low academic achievement goal,weak learning motivation,the lack of learning initiative,classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students are much more serious.Therefore,deeply analyzing the features and causes of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students and putting forward targeted calssroom management strategies can offer higher vocational teachers some strategies that can be used for reference and help optimize classroom management effects and improve the teaching quality.The study of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students uses literature research method,questionnaires method,classroom observation method and interviewing method.The thesis consists of six chapters.In the first chapter,elaborating the purpose,significance of the research,research contents and research methods as well as definition of core concepts.In the second chapter,sorting out the researches of the classroom problem behaviors that have been done and illuminating the relevant theories.In the third chapter,by the way of the questionnaire,interviewing,classroom observation,taking the public English class of a Guangzhou Vocational College as an example,investigating the current situation of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students,analyzing the current situation,the classifications,the characteristics of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students and how teachers’ respond to the classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students.In the fourth chapter,based on the investigation and analysis,implementing attribution analysis of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students.In the fifth chapter,based on the investigation and analysis,learning from existing research results,according to the practical situation,putting forward the strategies of classroom problem behaviors for higher vocational teachers.In the sixth chapter,putting forward the research conclusion and limitations.The conclusions are these: First,there are two types of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students.That is,introverted classroom problem behavior and extroverted classroom problem behavior.Second,classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students are universal,persistent,mild,susceptible and negative.Third,the causes of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students are many aspects,including the vocational students themselves factors,teachers’ factors,curriculum provision factors and environment factors.They are the results of the comprehensive functions by these factors.Fourth,here are the management strategies of classroom problem behaviors of higher vocational students: Inspiring students’ enthusiasm for learning,strengthening their ability of self-governing;Guiding teachers to construct scientific concept of education and boosting teaching and managing ability;Taking employment as the orientation,adjusting public english teaching content,with layered teaching methods,teaching students in accordance of their aptitude;Optimizing the environment,reducing obstacle factors unfavorable to students’ development...
