The classroom is main place of education and teaching.However,in the real teaching process,we will find that there are various classroom problem behaviors.Pupils’ classroom problem behaviors are those that occur in the classroom,violate classroom rules,disturb classroom order,and bring negative influence to their own and others’ learning and teachers’ classroom teaching and classroom management.Classroom problem behaviors not only affect teachers’ teaching quality,but also have a negative impacts on the pupils’ own learning and physical and mental health.Therefore,the study on the issue must be paid great attention.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionare analysis,class observation and interview to the teachers and students.By applying the methods above,this paper has a detailed understanding of the status quo of classroom problem behaviors of grade four to grade six students from Shenzhen P Primary School,the causes of the problem behaviors and the management countermeasures to them.The results of the survey and the class observation show that the classroom problem behaviors is a common phenomenon.And the causes of them are various,and so the solutions are.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the origin,the purpose and significations of this research,the innovation of this research,the definition of the core concepts,the research methods and relevant theories.The second part is literature review,mainly combing the domestic and foreign research on classroom problem behavior.Foreign Studies and Domestic studies mainly include the classroom behavior judgement standards,types,causes,solutions and so on.The third part is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire on pupils’ classroom problem behaviors,which mainly includes: The general situation of classroom and individual classroom problem behaviors;Differences in personal attributes and family background,teacher equity and content analysis,teacher equity and content analysis and correlation analysis.The fourth part is the classroom observation and interview result analysis of pupils’ classroom problem behavior.Classroom problem behavior has certain regularity in time and space distribution,and teachers adopt different ways to deal with classroom problem behavior of different degree.The fifth part is the investigation conclusion of pupils’ classroom problem behavior.The author thinks that the causes of pupils’ classroom problem behaviors are multi-level,including students’ factors,family factors and teachers’ factors.The sixth part is aimed at the present situation and the reason of pupils’ classroom problem behavior and put forward the corresponding management countermeasure.
