With the progress of social civilization,people are paying more and more attention to education.Students’ physical and mental health has become an important topic.With the education reform gradually approaching,as well as the development of modern education theory and practice,people have realized that single school education is not enough to bear the whole responsibility of students’ education.Families,schools and the society together are the three pillars of the whole education.We must build an education form that is dominated by school,based on family,supported by the society,in order to have a combined educational power and create a good learning and education environment for students.The family is the basic unit of the society,therefore,parent-school cooperative education is the resultant force of the combined power.Laiyang Fuqian Middle School of Shandong is located in the town center,and is a county-level town ruled public school,yet 80% of the students come from the countryside,including urban villages and the countryside villages,thus parents vary in many aspects and parent-school cooperative is a little difficult.The research on Fuqian Middle School’s parent-scool cooporation will contribute to an understanding of urban-rural fringe parent-school cooperation,as well as to those that are experiencing the urbanization problems.The stragegies for Fuqian Middle School to make parent-school cooperation more effective can provide references and models for the schools mentioned above.It will have a significant effection.This paper is divided into five chapters: first of all we have an introduction,which introduces the selected topic background and the research status in the field of home school cooperation both at home and abroad,putting forward the research approaches and research methods.Chapter one is "the current situation of junior high school parent-school cooperativeion ".In this chapter,through questionnaire and interview,and data analysis,the current situation of Fuqian Middle School parent-school cooperation is comprehensively and objectively presented.Chapter two is "problems and reasons existing in Fuqian Middle School parent-school cooperation".In this chapter,several problems are found: Firstly,the system is not sound;Secondly,the cooperation is planned poorly;Thirdly,the cooperation consciousness is low;Fourthly,the subject status of the parents and students are neglected;Fifthly and lastly,the cooperation content is narrow.For attribution to the problem,we find there are mainly three reasons: the first is the reason of institution and the management,making the parent-school cooperative lack of binding and thus there’s no free hand to work.The second reason comes from people’s mind,showing the deep gap between teachers and parents,a strong reliance on school education,a pride of teachers and a self-unconfidence of parents.The third reason comes from the social environment,about which we feel the rapid development of economy and society,and the high process of rural urbanization,while people are so anxious to achieve quick success that they forget the characteristic of eduction.This leads to the low frequency and the short time of cooperation with the narrow contents.Chapter three is "the effective countermeasures to solve the problem",aiming at the existing problems and reasons of parent-school cooperative.Effective parent-school cooperative countermeasures are put forward,which focus on the “tradition and innovation”,meaning keeping the traditional ways and adding the modern technology mean,thus to strengthen the cooperative propaganda and education,implementing the institution,optimizing the ways,and developing the resources.The last part is a conclusion.
