On Team Management Of Entrepreneurship Incubator Basefor College Students In Quanzhou

With the advent of a new era of entrepreneurship, startup incubators for college students have ushered in an unprecedented period of both opportunities and challenges. They are faced with difficulties such as the lack of operating mode,financing, construction mechanism, andparticularly inadequate management of the project team. In backgroundof increasingly intense competition and new reform and innovation appearing at any time, the startup incubators for college students should concentrate on how to form an economical team and establish anefficient management, which is the focus of my thesis.Since 2003, the startup incubators for college students has developedwith the government’s strengthened policy support all along, but it still lacksstamina.Firstly, I will analyze the development trends andthe advantages of team management. Based on my study, I will point out the existing problems in the startup incubators and apply the team management theory and methods to the management of startup incubators. I would present a management mode for the startup incubators for college students and study how to conduct effective team management from three aspects of building the project team, shaping team culture, andmanaging the project team. At the same time I will cite the case of the startup incubators for college students in Quanzhou as an exampleto put forwardspecific feasible measures to improve the team management of the startup ncubators, which makes team management detailed and operable.Therefore we can achieve the strategic objective to better develop thestartup incubators of college students in Quanzhou.
