Research On Promotion Strategies For Incubator In Higher Vocational Schools In Henan Province

The incubator of higher vocational colleges is an incubator base organized in higher vocational colleges,which aims to cultivate students’ and teachers’ practical and entrepreneurial abilities,promote the transformation of scientific research achievements,and promote the development of start-up enterprises.Incubators in higher vocational colleges not only provide research equipment and places,but also provide professional and systematic scientific research and development services and talent services.However,at present,the incubators of higher vocational colleges encounter many problems in the incubation process,including the relatively lack of incubation funds,unscientific operation mechanism,backward professional innovation thinking,insufficient talent support,insufficient resource utilization and other problems,which lead to the great discount of the incubation ability of the incubators of higher vocational colleges.How to improve the scientific research level and incubation ability of the incubators of higher vocational colleges has become very important.In this context,this paper is dedicated to the special research on incubators of vocational colleges in Henan Province.Taking three vocational colleges in Henan Province as the object of investigation,the paper systematically studies the strategies for improving the incubation ability of incubators of vocational colleges.Firstly,the paper introduces the definition and functions of vocational college incubators,clarifies the differences between vocational college incubators and business incubators/science parks,and introduces the life cycle theory,specialization and division of labor theory,resource aggregation effect theory,entrepreneurship theory,etc.,laying a theoretical foundation for later research.Then,it analyzes the current situation of incubating ability of incubators in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province from five dimensions: government policy/support ability,talent supply ability,technological innovation ability,incubation workflow and content,public platform/information resource ability,and systematically analyzes the incubating ability of incubators in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.Through field investigation,the author makes statistics and evaluation on the incubation capacity of incubators in Henan Province.Through analysis,it is found that the current deficiencies of the incubation capacity of incubators in vocational colleges in Henan Province mainly include five aspects: first,the lack of funds;Second,the internal organization management is not perfect,and the distribution of rights and responsibilities is unclear;Third,the operation mechanism is unscientific and the work process is not standardized;Fourth,the professional innovation thinking is backward and the talent support is insufficient;Fifth,the coordination mechanism of higher vocational colleges is not perfect,and the resources are not used enough.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the incubation capability of Henan Province’s incubators: First,actively absorb external investment and financing,and increase investment in R&D funds;Second,optimize the organizational structure of the incubator,and clarify the rights and responsibilities of schools and enterprises;The third is to optimize the incubator operation mode and improve the work process and mechanism;Fourth,strengthen the talent training and investment of the incubator,and actively improve the innovation ability;Fifth,strengthen cooperation and exchange among higher vocational colleges,share resources and work together.This paper discusses the functions of incubators in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of strengthening the construction of higher vocational colleges,strengthening the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and the cooperation between schools and colleges,to meet the multi-dimensional needs of higher vocational college management and enterprise operation,to provide some practical suggestions for improving the incubation ability of incubators in higher vocational colleges,and to improve the single incubation mechanism of incubators in higher vocational colleges,which has certain innovative significance,On the whole,it has improved the incubation ability of incubators of vocational colleges in Henan Province.
