| The aim of this article is to discuss why and how to introduce the enterprise startup education into the "two courses teachings". There are two important significances in enterprise startup education, one is that it meets the need of the Party's educational policy, and the other is that it makes the "two course" update in time. One of the important factors that influence on the students' startup spirit is the world outlook, the outlook on life and axiology which is getting from the "two course teachings", because inspiring startup spirit of students is the inevitable step of enterprise startup education. At present the "two courses teachings" fall behind of the developing startup activity and governmental advocating. From the perspective of the importance of the enterprise startup education, it is a necessary measure in order to conform to the transformation of high education and to lighten the students' employment pressure. It is incomplete for education that if the technological invent is lacking in startup impulse, if the technological invent lack strong impulse and clear direction, and if the enterprise startup education lack startup spirit, because the startup spirit is an important impetus for the formation of intellectual economy. The psychological characteristic of a enterpriser which in existence inherently exert an great impact on his success or failure, and on the existence and development of the enterprise, because there are some scientific and factual evidence indicating that psychological element have influence on one's achievement. Some investigations indicate that enterprisers and the successful shared some common characteristics in psychology and personality. The elemental requests for a startup enterpriser include psychological, capable, moral and political quality. A person's psychological trend,the flexible temperament and character, the ideal, faith, axiology and worldview which formed under the influence of social condition and education, all explained by psychology, and it provided a scientific foundation for startup spirit training in the "two courses teachings". During the social transformation, the unconformities of the "two courses" represent as follows: the concern about the whole country and human beings is not felt based on concerning personal fate under the condition of market economy; in stead of paying attention to individual's living and development which achieved by self-striving in market economy, it stresses on instructing the thinking mode of governmental officials. In Philosophy course;, the historical materialism and people's social value are emphasized, but the personal training was overlooked and the primary self-value was denied. In political economics course, the comprehensive Marxist economic theory has being castrated and the textbook became thinner, the knowledge about economy and management in Marxist political economics were lost, and these knowledge were not brought into the teaching contents explicitly according to the general principle of market economy; the great inspiriting function on promoting economic development which immerged in market economy was ignored, so students can not conclude from present content of courses that they should do startup themselves. The course of Deng Xiaoping Theory laid particular stress on the teaching of the course and policy on socialism with Chinese characteristics, and did not analyze the foundation of economic ethic and lacked a clear affirmation on it. The course on moral character indoctrinated the students, by a unilateral way, with the philosophy of serving the people, the collectivism axiology and the self-giving spirit, and did not explain the exact meaning and its practical approach of serving the people. The course on a survey of Mao Zedong's ideology is short of age sense.
