Research On Management Optimization Of Vocational College’s Start-up Incubator

With the expansion of enrollment,employment of college students is becoming increasingly competitive.In order to improve the situation and change the way of economic development,there are measures taken by government to help college students land jobs or start their own businesses.Most colleges at present have already established incubators which provide all kinds of facilities to meet with new graduates’ requirement of small business start-up.However,according to a series of surveys,incubators of vocational colleges turn out to be unsatisfactory.In order to solve the problem,in this paper,the author selects incubators in 3 vocational colleges in Anhui province and interviews the staff in charge.The author also carefully plans and collects the questionnaire.Referring to related theory,analyzing the existing problems from deciding system,implanting system and supporting system,this paper puts forward practical and realistic solutions based on the “Enterprise Life Cycle” theory.The author hopes to find the ways to increase the mission success rate of business start-up and helps the incubators of vocational colleges to realize the growth of themselves.The aim of the paper is to provide management ideas for the incubators of vocational colleges.However,because of the low theoretical level and the lack of related knowledge,there are still some limitations to the analysis included in the paper.So in future research,the author will continue to include more samples and do deeper and more comprehensive researches on the topic,and accordingly,more effective measures will be taken.
