The current work pressure and life pressure of ocean-going seafarers are constantly increasing,which will affect the physical and mental health of ocean-going seafarers to a certain extent,and then pose a threat to the navigational safety of ships.A series of safety problems due to excessive work pressure have gradually entered the scope of people's attention.Therefore,how to intervene in the work pressure relief of ocean-going seafarers from the perspective of social work is the focus of this study.In this paper,we take ocean-going seafarers as the research object to study the work pressure of ocean-going seafarers.First of all,through literature analysis,questionnaire research and semi-structured interview research methods,the status,performance and influencing factors of the existing ocean seafarers' work pressure are analyzed,and it is found that work pressure has a great negative impact on ocean seafarers.Secondly,take a look at the internal and external information factors,and conduct demand analysis on this basis.The internal work pressure causes are used as the matching elements of the social work mechanism,specifically in the three aspects of work pressure cognition,work pressure coping methods,and interpersonal relationship support.Group work involved.Again,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews,comprehensively considering factors such as the client's job characteristics and needs,8 ocean-going seafarers are invited to participate in the group activities.Based on the needs assessment,guided by social support and social learning theory,the group work service plan is designed for the three major aspects of work pressure cognition,work pressure coping methods,and interpersonal relationship support.The group work carried out a total of six group activities,each of which had a small goal setting,and finally reached the overall goal of reducing work pressure.In the early stage of the activity,it helps the group members to correctly recognize the work pressure through knowledge classrooms and group sharing;in the middle stage of the activity,it helps the group members learn stress relief techniques for working on board and enhances onboarding through knowledge classrooms,entertainment activities,and experience sharing Ability to cope with work pressure;in the later stage of the activity,through the form of entertainment activities and experience sharing,help team members learn interpersonal communication skills,establish team member interpersonal support,ease the work pressure of ocean-going seafarers,and promote occupational healthy development.After the end of the activity,two assessment methods,process assessment and result assessment,are used to assess the specific situation of the group's activities,and assess whether the activities carried out provide effective services for the team members.Finally,summarize and reflect on the research in this article.In the process of group activities,on the basis of establishing professional relations,group workers always adhere to the service concept of "helping others to help themselves",carefully designing and organizing each group activity,with a view to alleviating the pressure of ocean-going seafarers' work and promoting common growth.It was found that the group members had significant changes in stress cognition,stress relief methods and interpersonal communication.Therefore,the group work is effective in alleviating the pressure of ocean-going seafarers.
