Abstract/Summary:
Congenital heart disease(hereinafter referred to as "congenital heart disease")is the most common congenital malformation disease in China,in China it ranks first in neonatal birth defects,only a very small number of children before the age of five have the possibility of self-healing,most of the children need surgical treatment.During the treatment of the child’s hospital,the mothers of the children not only have to take care of the child’s daily life,but also worry about the child’s condition and future recovery,but also bring economic pressure,which makes them have different physical and psychological pressure,affecting their physical and mental health,often insomnia,dreams,anxiety and anxiety.This study focuses on the mothers of such children to relieve their stress.Taking Henan Provincial Hospital H as an example,this study used questionnaire survey,case interview and observation to understand the physiological and psychological stress status and problems of mothers with congenital heart disease,and analyzed the main manifestations and causes of stress according to the results of the survey,and finally determined the main demands of the mothers.This study intervened through group work,relying on the theory of social support and rational therapy,to assist the 9 mothers of the group to carry out psychological counseling and relieve stress.Through the five-session group activities,mainly from horticultural therapy,financial assistance,medical knowledge popularization,psychological counseling,etc.,to help mothers understand the basic knowledge of congenital heart disease and nursing knowledge before and after surgery,learn ways to relieve stress,improve the psychological quality of mothers,and change negative emotions such as low self-esteem and anxiety.Through group work,it was found that alleviating stress in mothers requires the establishment of adequate social support systems and changes in self-perception.At the same time,the shortcomings in the research process were reflected,and the psychological needs of the mothers and the development of medical social work were prospected.
