| Art teaching, as an important aspect of quality education talents, and on children’s art teaching is the comprehensive development of the foundation, elementary school fine arts teaching management is indispensable education as important part. Although the current Ministry of education of the People’s Republic of China has already begun for the elementary school fine arts teaching has formulated some policies, by the real environment the effect of fine arts teaching in primary school teaching management has yet to be perfect, many rural students still can’t have good art education. For the effective implementation of the primary school art teaching must rely on a reasonable and scientific management system as the basis. Elementary school fine arts teaching of management for the development of art teaching is plays a role in the control, coordination and security. Meanwhile, the primary school art teaching management mechanism of out of control or poor management, the development of art teaching in primary school in unnecessary interference and confusion.Through mentor’s inspiration and field research in F Primary School, this paper uses the literature research method through a large number of data collection, find and read material, sort out the questionnaire of different groups of F Primary school students, the parents of the students and teachers that major in fine arts, with one by one research, using the interview method, and interview with vice president and teachers and major in fine arts teachers at school deeply. the focus of the research is that F Primary School of fine arts teaching present situation in Xinle City, I found its questions in the following: art teaching system, mechanism is not perfect, lack of teachers and the teachers management more confusion; teaching organization and management is not in place; the contents of the education department issued the elementary school fine arts teaching policy refinement, are not closely linked; art of teaching management management concept behind. To solve these problems in my research, I suggest F Primary School in Xinle City to improve elementary school fine arts teaching management system, and establish open public school art education mechanism, construction of teachers, strengthen art teaching quality monitoring management and to build a scientific and reasonable elementary school fine arts teaching organization and management system, in order to achieve complete art teaching aims. |
