As of 1999, a new round of compulsory physical education curriculum reform implementation has experienced a short span of 10 years time, and secondary physical education also will be a huge change, "Health First" as the guiding ideology The new curriculum reform ideas have been deep into all aspects of physical education, but it is undeniable that the theoretical system of its course there are still some shortcomings, needs improvement. In recent years, courses on how to improve students for their level of physical activity, and how the limited effect of extending the classroom to the extra-curricular sports, and even how to make students consciously develop a lifelong habit of physical exercise Dengjun attention in the education sector, which no doubt will become worth research and deep thinking problems and issues.Based on the above thinking and research about the conduct is not difficult to find in the theory and practice to really solve the issue of this series, the innovative teaching has become a necessary way. This study draws on the wide use of American schools SPARK curriculum (Sport, Play, and Active Recreation for Kids, the children's sports, games and recreational activities) in the self-management program (self-management Course), and access to major databases and domestic and international related sites and academic journals, and self-management courses at home and abroad about the history, current situation and research trends are reviewed research, while abroad, the countries in the collection of self-management curriculum and research based on the combination of status of primary school physical education and expert advice, self-management courses for foreign improvement and development of localization, the Institute needs to get the pre-primary school physical education for our self-management courses in early continue to improve the teaching and testing improved self-management courses, and in the middle and late formation of a real experiment been of primary school physical education for self-management courses, and continue to examine the course for the effect of primary school physical education. In addition to the research literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics also used outside the experimental method, Long Island elementary school in Shanghai were selected first grade (level I) two classes of self-management course experiment, in which the implementation of a general physical education class (ie, the implementation of the present experiments normal school physical education content), and the other general physical education class with the implementation of self-management of the physical education curriculum, and then test the relevant indicators before and after the experiment (self-management, participation in sports subjective enthusiasm, standing long jump, sit-ups a minute performance,50-meter run, Sit and Reach, subjective well-being and social adaptation), to verify the effectiveness of self-management courses and feasibility. Meanwhile, respectively, in third grade (level II), fifth grade (level three) to select a similar experimental research subjects, experimental procedures and the level of an identical. Finally, we compared self-management in primary school physical education courses of different levels of experimental results. In this study, survey and experimental research over the following conclusions:1. The students participate in self-management curriculums than in ordinary course, participation in sports to improve the subjective enthusiasm even more. And participation grades no interaction between self-management curriculums, but marginally significant main effect of years, with the grade level, degree of positive gains are greater.2. Self-management curriculums in physical education than in regular course, raise the level of self-management even more. However, grades and participation there is no interaction between the self-management curriculums.3. In self-management curriculums students self-management in general physical education courses than students in physical fitness, mental health (SWB) and increase even more, and for social adaptation (Parent social support) did not significantly improve. However, the grade still does not exist between self-management curriculums interaction. Improvement in physical fitness was found on the main effect of year, third grade increased significantly better physical fitness in fifth grade. But in the mental health and social adaptation is not found similar results.4. Students participate in sports subjective level of enthusiasm and participation in self-management, self-management curriculums students physical and mental health (SWB) and play an intermediary role between, and their self-management has not been involved in self-management curriculums and social adaptability (Parent social support) play an intermediary role between.
