The primary school stage is the key period for the formation of students' moral character.Doing a good job in the management of moral education activities and creating a good moral character for students is the main responsibility and mission of school management.The management of primary school moral education activities emphasizes integrity,subjectivity and education,and is committed to cultivating the good quality of primary school students.Guiyang M Elementary School takes “Colorful Heart Education” as the management concept of moral education activities.“Colorful” refers to seven colors of “red orange yellow green blue blue purple”,which represent seven qualities,namely unity,mutual assistance,diligence,self-discipline,gratitude,Progressive and innovative.Based on the theory of humanistic management and the theory of behavioral science management,this study presents the management process of moral education activities in M primary school in Guiyang City through specific cases.It combines all-round observation and individual interviews to comprehensively clarify the existence of the management of moral education activities in M primary schools in Guiyang.Problems and influencing factors.The study found that the moral education activities of M primary school in Guiyang City were implemented once a week,and the school moral education activities management had clear system regulations and requirements,which greatly improved the moral cultivation of students and promoted and promoted the education management of the school in the urban and rural areas.And the quality of teaching.At the same time,it is also found that the problems in the management of M primary school moral education activities are: the school teachers have insufficient grasp of the concept of "seven heart education" moral education activities,the target of moral education activities management is not targeted,the moral education activities organization and implementation exist formalism,the school moral education activities managementsubject Lack of professionalism,subjective evaluation of school moral education management evaluation;the main causes of problems come from society,schools,families,and students.According to the problems found in the investigation,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: management concept,management goal,management content,management team,and management system.The second is to set the goal of moral education activity management According to the level of low middle school and high school;The third is to carefully design the moral education activities based on thematic education in different years;The fourth is to bring together the main body of moral education activities.Fifth,from the content,indicators,subject,time four dimensions to improve the evaluation criteria.
