With the increasing number of autistic children in China, the problem of autism family is gradually becoming prominent. The parents of autistic children have to bear tremendous psychological pressure. If the psychological pressure can not be timely relieved, what will come out is the obstructive factor to the development of the whole family as well as the rehabilitation of autistic children. At present, the key point of the scholar's research is the autistic children while the researches on the parents of autistic children are few. Therefore, taking eyes on the parents of autistic children psychological pressure will bring theoretical and practical significance.During the internship period in Nanjing X Children Development Center, the author established trust relationship with the parents of autistic children. Then taking use of method of observation and interview to give a study on these parents in order to found the parents psychological stress, including long?term care, the financial burden, family problems, social discrimination. Therefore, under the guidance of group dynamics, social learning theory and the strengths perspective, the parents of autistic children will be organized to establish a support group. This group includes five topics: commutative cognition,self? acceptance, relief pressure, harmonious family and greet the newborn. Group activities effectively alleviate the parents' psychological pressure. However, the group needs to be improved in group activity design, professional ability,and follow?up observation which follow the group activity..Finally, this study is divided into three aspects: government, institution and social work, which expects to help autistic families improve their living conditions, thus they can have a better living environment.
