| Since school layout and adjustment work has been carried out, it has brought certain achievement in the aspect of promoting education fairness, integrating education resources, realizing the balanced development of education and so on. While school layout and adjustment work brought many benefits,it also brought practical difficulties for some rural areas,such as increasing the distance for students to go to school, increasing farmers’ economic burden, increasing hidden troubles for student attending school and so on.And the phenomenon is more apparent in the ethnic mountainous regions.This paper based on the ethnic mountainous regions,carrying out a case study of school layout and adjustment work,making every effort to find the particularity of ethnic mountainous regions in the school layout and adjustment work.Intention of the paper is to find the right solution to meet the demand of its particularity, provide a reference case for the school layout and adjustment work of our country’s ethnic mountainous regions at the same time.This article can be divided into six parts.The first part is introduction,introduced four main problems,including reasons of selecting topic, the related research review, research theory and methods, the significance and research value of this topic.The second part is the introduction of field points, mainly describes the present situation of the town of La Er Shan。The third part expounds process and current situation of La Er Shan,and introduce the particularity of the current situation of the school layout and adjustmen of La Er Shan, pointing out that there are three characteristics in the school layout and adjustmen in the school of La Er Shan : The emergence of contradictions, schools, places of teaching repeated removal and reconstruction, the rise and publism of private school.The fourth part describes the present situation La Er Shan district school layout adjustment of potential concern, key points out that school districts under the current distribution present situation still exist many problems.For example: economic weight shift to farmers by the government, the increased cost of students go to school safety, "empty nest old man" and "rural left-behind children" problems.The fifth part focus on La Er Shan the present situation and problems of school district school layout adjustment from the perspective of cultural ecology, mainly from the reason of the formation of characteristics of La Er Shan district school layout adjustment and the reason of problems that in the current school layout adjustment.The sixth part is the theory of cultural ecology in ethnic mountainous area school layout adjustment countermeasures in the application, emphasized in school layout adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine is reasonable on the basis of the theory of cultural ecology, combining with the natural ecology, cultural ecology, social ecology, etc. To carry out the specific layout adjustment work. |
