The entrepreneurial ability of college students maintains the speed of economic development of a country. To promote college students' entrepreneurial activity is not only the need of national economic development, but also the practical channel to solve the unemployment of college students. To study entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, to cultivate students' entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability, and helping students to successfully start their own business are now the major missions of the main body of entrepreneurship education in China. Based on the comprehensive literature review, this paper chooses the new perspective of social network to study the problem of entrepreneurship education in China. Through literature analysis, this paper expounds the structural-hole theory, illustrates the tool value of social network, and proves the instrumental value of the social network to the university students' entrepreneurial elements. Through case study method and depth interview method, this paper analyzes the course of college student entrepreneurs, ease out the problems existing in the entrepreneurship education in China from the perspective of social network, and put forward the implementation strategy in the perspective of social network. Specifically, it consists of four parts:The first part contains the first chapter and the second chapter, mainly discusses the problems of the proposed, research significance and research contents and methods. This part describes China's colleges and universities entrepreneurship education and the relationship between social network and college students'entrepreneurship at home and abroad research status. This part defines the related concepts. The paper clarifies the connotation of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship and social network, analyzes the types of social network and the three elements of entrepreneurship.The second part is the theoretical basis. This part expounds the structural-hole theory, probe into the instrumental value of social network by "structural-hole theory". Through case studies, this part analyses the relationship of affective social network, instrumental social network, administrative social network and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial resources acquisition, building entrepreneurial team one by one, confirms that the social network tool value to the university students' innovative undertaking.The third part is the status and problem analysis part. Through access to relevant information, this paper expounds the current situation of entrepreneurship education curriculum, teachers and college students' entrepreneurial support system. Based on the theory of the second part, through depth interviews of college student entrepreneurs, this part reveals the problem existing in training college students' sense of social network and constructing social network capacity and providing social network support of entrepreneurship education in our country.The fourth part is to solve the actual problems existing in our country's University Entrepreneurship Education from the perspective of social network, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Specific as follows:improving the curriculum system of entrepreneurship education and setting up a course to help cultivate students' awareness and ability of social network; Strengthening the construction of Education Teachers in Entrepreneurship Education and providing information and intellectual resources for University Students; improving the entrepreneurial support system and providing sufficient network support for university student entrepreneurs.
