The Correlation Study On Endowment Pressure And Social Support Of Low Age Senior

Purpose:In order to give some suggestions to decrease endowment pressure of the low age senior,investigating the situation of endowment pressure and social support in the low age senior and the relationship between them,.Methods: Firstly, analysis of a large number of relevant literature, on the basis of the existing research results, complied the Low Age Senior Endowment Pressure Questionnaire. Secondly, using the Social Support Questionnaire of Prof. Xiao Shuiyuan and self-made low age endowment pressure questionnaire investigate 510 low age senior in NanChang. Thirdly, Using T test, F test, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis method to examine the low age senior endowment pressure and social support their differences in demographic variables and their correlation.Result:(1)The present study found that there are 3 dimension for the low age senior endowment pressure structure,accordingly,financial pressure, life care pressure and spiritual pressure;(2)The overall endowment pressure is medium to upper level. On the other side,there are obvious differences in financial pressure, life care pressure and spiritual pressure and overall endowment pressure,according to gender, marital status, number of children,educational background,family financial conditions, living conditions,house property and registered residence in demography;(3)The overall social support to the low age senior was relatively badly off. The subjective support, objective support, utilization of support or overall social support level has a dramatically big difference in gender, marital status, educational background, family financial conditions, living conditions and registered residence;(4)Endowment pressure and social support have a regression equation in the low age senior,objective support for pension pressures have a negative effect prediction.Social support in the low age senior pension can predictive of the endowment pressure,so it can reduce their endowment pressure through make some recommendations by increasing social support can reduce the endowment pressure,propose the following: respect the will of the majority of the elderly, enhance the construction of Associations of the Elderly, enhance community services for the elderly building, guide and strengthen neighborhood support, establish and improve the daily life of the community care system and increasing social concern about the low age senior.
