Study On The Pressure Intervention Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of Social Support

The new generation of migrant workers is a special group emerging in the process of urbanization.They are neither traditional urban residents nor rural residents.Their identity dilemma is increasingly prominent.Faced with the double pressure of life and work.However,far away from home,they are less able to get social support by blood and geography.Heavy work makes them unable to get urban resources through social interaction.Under the condition of weak social support,the new generation of migrant workers cannot cope with stressful events,which will bring some negative effects on individuals and even society.Based on the buffer action model proposed by Bert(2006)and taking 200 new generation migrant workers as the research objects,we investigated the stress and social support of the new generation of migrant workers by the "DASS-21" and "SSRS".At the same time,the information that the scale can not be involved in the form of depth interview is supplemented.And through the way of participating in the observation,we explore the pressure intervention path of the new generation of migrant workers in the perspective of social support.After study,the conclusions are as follows:1.Nearly 60% of the new generation of migrant workers in the new generation are under pressure.The pressure level of the new generation migrant workers is related to the level of income,the long working hours,and the state of marriage and love,2.More than 40% of the new generation of the social support network of the new generation of migrant workers is in a weak state.The social support is related to sex,marriage and love,and the household registration.3.Social workers can promote and optimize the social support of the new generation of migrant workers through the construction of community living space,the incubation and cultivation of social organizations.4.The social support of the new generation of migrant workers has a moderating effect on their pressure.Social support network can improve the mental state of the new generation of migrant workers,reduce the adverse reactions caused by the stress,and relieve the pressure effectively.The study holds that social workers interact with social resources to provide professional services for the new generation of migrant workers.The creation of community living space and the cultivation of social organizations in the industrial park form a mutual help and close community culture in the park.For the new generation of migrant workers and local residents to build a bridge of communication,in order to construct the new generation of migrant workers urban social support network,to improve the former new generation of migrant workers only with family and townships as the link of social support network structure.Finally,the purpose of reducing the pressure of life and work of the new generation of migrant workers is achieved.
